LOVE the ocean theme We got this for our daughter's nursery, and the sea critters are so engaging for her she loves them. Best part, we moved when she was almost 6 months old, and easily removed the decals, took them with us, and decorated her new room the same way, helping her feel at home in our new place. Super easy to use and great quality materials!

Disappointed with SERIOUS lack of customer service!! I placed my order (on 12/14/12) for 2 sheets of the gigantic "cute as a bug" decals for Christmas gifts for two separate nurseries. It said they would be delivered 12/24/12 so I didn't opt for the rush shipping. I got one sheet on 12/24/12 but the other sheet wasn't in the box?!? There was some damage to a couple of the decals, so I took pictures and e-mailed the company. I had only got one tracking number, so I had no idea where my other sheet was. Since then I have called and left voice mails, left messages on their website, and sent e-mails. At first I thought they may be on some kind of extended holiday break, but here is it 01/14/13 and I have STILL not got ANY kind of response from them what-so-ever!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! For lack of knowing what else to do I have filed a complaint with the BBB, which gives the company til 1/21/13 to respond to the complaint. At this point I have serious doubts that they are going to contact me at all, I guess we'll see in a week. I guess even if a company is rated "A" by the BBB, and all the previous customers seem to be happy....you never can tell. In case you were wondering....I spent about $180.00 with this company....and expected MUCH better customer service for the amount of money spent. :-( :-( :-( I will post again and let everyone know what kind of resolution I got.

Updated review 5/28/16 - New Management I was contacted via email by the company informing me they are operating under new management and would like to fulfil by past order in exchange for an updated review. I agreed and was sent my original order. I have not put the stickers up on the wall because I need to redo the room since it has been so long but I did test one of the stickers out and seems to be good quality. I appreciate this issue being resolved. Thank you iStickup! Original Review: Please read before placing an order with this company. I would hate for this company to steal other people's money as they did mine. I placed an order Sept 20, 2013. I paid through Paypal. I received an email on 10/11 stating my order has shipped. When I checked the tracking number on ups.com it stated that a label was created but not yet received. I waited for the shipping status to change but it never did. I contacted the company and after several calls I finally received an email from Jacquelyn Rawson stating she had dropped my order off at the ups that same morning. When I advised her that per the tracking number the order had not shipped nor has been received by the ups she then said she made an error and someone else with my same name ordered the exact same thing as I did and she shipped that one that morning. She then said she would reprint my order and send it ASAP. That was the last I heard from anyone at that company. I sent several emails and left many voice messages, all ignored. I was not able to get my money back from Paypal because to much time had passed from my order and complaint with Paypal. I'm guessing Jacquelyn lied about shipping my order to draw out the length of time to avoid Paypal from issuing me a refund.

New Management made good - faith in company restored Dear friends, I am amazed at the new management of iStickUp. Over two years ago an order I made never came. However, the new management team contacted me out of the blue and even upgraded the order. My son is quite happy with his stickers of the Universe. Personally, I want to thank the new management for renewing my faith in on-line purchasing. Grateful, Terry Knox

High quality beautiful decals! I ordered the Ocean Life room decals & received them in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with how sturdy & brightly colored the decals were. There wasn't a time that I was concerned about a tear & bubbles were very easy to get out without worrying about stretching or tearing. Overall I loved everything about my purchase & plan on using istickup.com again in the near future.
