HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO RESPONSE TO MY ORDER!! NEVER RECEIVED! They did the same thing to me. I ordered something from them totaling $129.00, which I have been charged for and I have yet to receive my order. I made the order on Jan. 27th. and it is now Feb. 13th and have not received it. I have called and emailed and posted on their facebook. I am completely beside myself that a business would do this to their customers. I also did a complaint on BBB.

Ocean Decals After seeing a friend do her nursery w/your ocean decals, I decided to get a few for my daughter's bathroom. We put them up for a few days to make sure we liked them and then took them down to use the bathroom as more of an adult one (my daughter is 8 months old) for now. I really like how easily they can be put up and taken down...much easier than painting and repainting to get a different look/theme! I'm excited to turn it into a toddler bathroom when she's the right age.

We've brought "Home" to Day Care with stick ups from istickups! My dream to open a Day care center was realized in October of 2011. Christian Child Care Day Care Center is a small daycare with a capacity of 32 infants and toddlers. Istickups helped me bring home qualities, filled with warmth and colorful excitment, to each room. Perfect for our toddlers' imaginative playroom! We were re-decorating our girls' (ages 4years and 18 months) playroom. They love animals so we had a jungle theme in mind. After extensive research, we decided to get the Giant Jungle Theme decals. They are absolutely beautiful and life like! Our girls love the new look and we are completely satisfied. Thinking about ordering more decals for the girls' bedroom. Also, the decals we ordered arrived at our door quickly and in excellent condition.

Updated review 5/28/16 - New Management I was contacted via email by the company informing me they are operating under new management and would like to fulfil by past order in exchange for an updated review. I agreed and was sent my original order. I have not put the stickers up on the wall because I need to redo the room since it has been so long but I did test one of the stickers out and seems to be good quality. I appreciate this issue being resolved. Thank you iStickup! Original Review: Please read before placing an order with this company. I would hate for this company to steal other people's money as they did mine. I placed an order Sept 20, 2013. I paid through Paypal. I received an email on 10/11 stating my order has shipped. When I checked the tracking number on ups.com it stated that a label was created but not yet received. I waited for the shipping status to change but it never did. I contacted the company and after several calls I finally received an email from Jacquelyn Rawson stating she had dropped my order off at the ups that same morning. When I advised her that per the tracking number the order had not shipped nor has been received by the ups she then said she made an error and someone else with my same name ordered the exact same thing as I did and she shipped that one that morning. She then said she would reprint my order and send it ASAP. That was the last I heard from anyone at that company. I sent several emails and left many voice messages, all ignored. I was not able to get my money back from Paypal because to much time had passed from my order and complaint with Paypal. I'm guessing Jacquelyn lied about shipping my order to draw out the length of time to avoid Paypal from issuing me a refund.
