Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. Excellent experience with Carpet One by… Excellent experience with Carpet One by Henry. I needed vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Lots to choose from and prices were reasonable, even with installation. Travis, my sales associate was very helpful with the whole process. The guys who did the installation were also wonderful. They were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend them.

A fabulous experience A fabulous, easy experience!! Salesman Jeff was more than accommodating-- ordering samples of mutiple carpets so we could "live" with them to see what worked best for us. No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!
