Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

If I could leave less than a star If I could leave less than a star, I would. Laurie Newcomb wanted to expand her role and design my project. I had already gone with another designer. She measured my tile needs incorrect and now won't take back what she ordered in error and wants me to pay 1/2 the cost of my original order. She dropped off unordered grout and sealant that was NOT ORDERED and not what I wanted with the design aesthetic. I would go with anyone other than this group. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

Excellent experience with Carpet One by… Excellent experience with Carpet One by Henry. I needed vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Lots to choose from and prices were reasonable, even with installation. Travis, my sales associate was very helpful with the whole process. The guys who did the installation were also wonderful. They were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend them.

The service at the showroom and at my home were very beneficial visits. The service men who installed flooring were neat, efficient and very knowledgeable of their job. Our salesman Travis worked with us the … Our salesman Travis worked with us the whole way, helping us find what fit our space and budget. Installation guys were great. We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!
