Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. A fabulous experience A fabulous, easy experience!! Salesman Jeff was more than accommodating-- ordering samples of mutiple carpets so we could "live" with them to see what worked best for us. No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!

Installer encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.

If I could leave less than a star If I could leave less than a star, I would. Laurie Newcomb wanted to expand her role and design my project. I had already gone with another designer. She measured my tile needs incorrect and now won't take back what she ordered in error and wants me to pay 1/2 the cost of my original order. She dropped off unordered grout and sealant that was NOT ORDERED and not what I wanted with the design aesthetic. I would go with anyone other than this group. Unprofessional. Incompetent.
