Our biggest challenge was they had so many patterns that we liked as opposed to trying to figure out what would be acceptable. Installation was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely use carpets by Henry again.

Exceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Installer encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.

The service at the showroom and at my home were very beneficial visits. The service men who installed flooring were neat, efficient and very knowledgeable of their job. I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
