Exceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

100% Remote and Online Transaction Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.

The end result looks great but the … The end result looks great but the stair runner was initially bound with the wrong binding color, which was taken care of quickly. Also some confusion over the pricing initially.

Installer encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.
