From Jeff Edwards patiently going over options for our family room to Kevin Ritter arranging delivery and to the guys who came to install - Charlie , Brian and Key. Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. Excellent experience with Carpet One by… Excellent experience with Carpet One by Henry. I needed vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Lots to choose from and prices were reasonable, even with installation. Travis, my sales associate was very helpful with the whole process. The guys who did the installation were also wonderful. They were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased doing… We were extremely pleased doing business with carpets by Henry. First of all, they had far more choices than their competitors. Our biggest challenge was they had so many patterns that we liked as opposed to trying to figure out what would be acceptable. Installation was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely use carpets by Henry again.

Exceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.
