No home improvement is without some complication and stress, but the company was responsive to our requests and everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional. They came when they said they would and helped us have kitchen access as much as possible throughout the job. We will recommend them in the future.

Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.
