We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!

100% Remote and Online Transaction Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

No home improvement is without some complication and stress, but the company was responsive to our requests and everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional. They came when they said they would and helped us have kitchen access as much as possible throughout the job. We will recommend them in the future.
