Great experience Great experience! Travis Haskins was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us multiple options after confirming exactly what our needs were. Together, we were able to find a virtually cat-proof carpet! We were able to load it up and take it home on the spot. They have a large selection of floor coverings - not just carpeting.

The new carpet looks great and was… The new carpet looks great and was installed well. The installers cleaned up in the bedroom and closet where they put down the new carpet. However, they did not bother to vacuum the stairs or entryway to our house, leaving quite a mess of carpet fibers and debris leftover from the installation. Had they vacuumed that area I would have given 5 stars. The staff in the store were very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. We had to wait quite a while to install due to other renovations we were doing, and Carpet One was accommodating in allowing us to hold off on installation while they kept the ordered carpet for us. Overall a pleasant carpet buying experience.

From Jeff Edwards patiently going over options for our family room to Kevin Ritter arranging delivery and to the guys who came to install - Charlie , Brian and Key. Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

A fabulous experience A fabulous, easy experience!! Salesman Jeff was more than accommodating-- ordering samples of mutiple carpets so we could "live" with them to see what worked best for us. No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!
