Poor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.

We were extremely pleased doing… We were extremely pleased doing business with carpets by Henry. First of all, they had far more choices than their competitors. Our biggest challenge was they had so many patterns that we liked as opposed to trying to figure out what would be acceptable. Installation was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely use carpets by Henry again.

If only everything went this well! They did an excellent job. They were prompt and responsive. I only selected them after I thoroughly researched all choices in Greensboro and they were the people with the best choices, prices, etc. Everything they did was done well. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.

The salesman (Jeff) was very… The salesman (Jeff) was very knowledgeable & helpfully but not pushy.....he was very patient with us.....he explained engineered flooring which we used in the Foyer, Lr, Dr, kitchen & hall & we were happy with selection....we also purchased carpeting for the bedrooms I would highly recommend Carpets by Henry !!

Our salesman Travis worked with us the … Our salesman Travis worked with us the whole way, helping us find what fit our space and budget. Installation guys were great. We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!
