If I could leave less than a star If I could leave less than a star, I would. Laurie Newcomb wanted to expand her role and design my project. I had already gone with another designer. She measured my tile needs incorrect and now won't take back what she ordered in error and wants me to pay 1/2 the cost of my original order. She dropped off unordered grout and sealant that was NOT ORDERED and not what I wanted with the design aesthetic. I would go with anyone other than this group. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

The salesman (Jeff) was very… The salesman (Jeff) was very knowledgeable & helpfully but not pushy.....he was very patient with us.....he explained engineered flooring which we used in the Foyer, Lr, Dr, kitchen & hall & we were happy with selection....we also purchased carpeting for the bedrooms I would highly recommend Carpets by Henry !!

Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

100% Remote and Online Transaction Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! She measured within 24 hours and sent options to fit our budget including video, pix, and product details. Her knowledge of inventory and shipping were spot on! Installers prompt and courteous.

The new carpet looks great and was… The new carpet looks great and was installed well. The installers cleaned up in the bedroom and closet where they put down the new carpet. However, they did not bother to vacuum the stairs or entryway to our house, leaving quite a mess of carpet fibers and debris leftover from the installation. Had they vacuumed that area I would have given 5 stars. The staff in the store were very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. We had to wait quite a while to install due to other renovations we were doing, and Carpet One was accommodating in allowing us to hold off on installation while they kept the ordered carpet for us. Overall a pleasant carpet buying experience.
