Installer encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.

Lots to choose from and prices were reasonable, even with installation. Travis, my sales associate was very helpful with the whole process. The guys who did the installation were also wonderful. They were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend them.

We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!
