GBPoor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.

GBThe end result looks great but the … The end result looks great but the stair runner was initially bound with the wrong binding color, which was taken care of quickly. Also some confusion over the pricing initially.

GBInstaller encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.

GBIf I could leave less than a star If I could leave less than a star, I would. Laurie Newcomb wanted to expand her role and design my project. I had already gone with another designer. She measured my tile needs incorrect and now won't take back what she ordered in error and wants me to pay 1/2 the cost of my original order. She dropped off unordered grout and sealant that was NOT ORDERED and not what I wanted with the design aesthetic. I would go with anyone other than this group. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

GBIf only everything went this well! They did an excellent job. They were prompt and responsive. I only selected them after I thoroughly researched all choices in Greensboro and they were the people with the best choices, prices, etc. Everything they did was done well. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.
