Together, we were able to find a virtually cat-proof carpet! We were able to load it up and take it home on the spot. They have a large selection of floor coverings - not just carpeting.

If I could leave less than a star If I could leave less than a star, I would. Laurie Newcomb wanted to expand her role and design my project. I had already gone with another designer. She measured my tile needs incorrect and now won't take back what she ordered in error and wants me to pay 1/2 the cost of my original order. She dropped off unordered grout and sealant that was NOT ORDERED and not what I wanted with the design aesthetic. I would go with anyone other than this group. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

The service at the showroom and at my home were very beneficial visits. The service men who installed flooring were neat, efficient and very knowledgeable of their job. Exceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.
