I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

GBExceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

GBA fabulous experience A fabulous, easy experience!! Salesman Jeff was more than accommodating-- ordering samples of mutiple carpets so we could "live" with them to see what worked best for us. No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!

GBPoor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.
