No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!

Our biggest challenge was they had so many patterns that we liked as opposed to trying to figure out what would be acceptable. Installation was very professional and did a great job. No home improvement is without some complication and stress, but the company was responsive to our requests and everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional. We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!
