GBInstaller encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.

From Jeff Edwards patiently going over options for our family room to Kevin Ritter arranging delivery and to the guys who came to install - Charlie , Brian and Key. Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. GBThe salesman (Jeff) was very… The salesman (Jeff) was very knowledgeable & helpfully but not pushy.....he was very patient with us.....he explained engineered flooring which we used in the Foyer, Lr, Dr, kitchen & hall & we were happy with selection....we also purchased carpeting for the bedrooms I would highly recommend Carpets by Henry !!

GBExceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

GBPoor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.
