Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

Exceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

Thanks Carpet One for making our … Thanks Carpet One for making our carpeting choice so easy! I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

The service at the showroom and at my home were very beneficial visits. The service men who installed flooring were neat, efficient and very knowledgeable of their job. Poor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.
