If only everything went this well! They did an excellent job. They were prompt and responsive. I only selected them after I thoroughly researched all choices in Greensboro and they were the people with the best choices, prices, etc. Everything they did was done well. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.

Our biggest challenge was they had so many patterns that we liked as opposed to trying to figure out what would be acceptable. Installation was very professional and did a great job. Installer encountered water damage when… Installer encountered water damage when tile was removed. He referred us to a carpenter who accessed the damage and repairs needed, in a timely manner. Although we were without a Master Bath for more than a month I am pleased with completed project.
