Not awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

I cannot say enough about the Carpet One I cannot say enough about the Carpett One Team. From Jeff Edwards patiently going over options for our family room to Kevin Ritter arranging delivery and to the guys who came to install - Charlie , Brian and Key. Everyone was helpful and professional. Charlie went out of his way to correct some minor buckling in the carpet and worked with my work schedule as soon as I called to inquire. There is no one better than Caroet One to assist with your Caroet needs.

The salesman (Jeff) was very… The salesman (Jeff) was very knowledgeable & helpfully but not pushy.....he was very patient with us.....he explained engineered flooring which we used in the Foyer, Lr, Dr, kitchen & hall & we were happy with selection....we also purchased carpeting for the bedrooms I would highly recommend Carpets by Henry !!

Great experience Great experience! Travis Haskins was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us multiple options after confirming exactly what our needs were. Together, we were able to find a virtually cat-proof carpet! We were able to load it up and take it home on the spot. They have a large selection of floor coverings - not just carpeting.

If only everything went this well! They did an excellent job. They were prompt and responsive. I only selected them after I thoroughly researched all choices in Greensboro and they were the people with the best choices, prices, etc. Everything they did was done well. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.
