A Happy Customer I bought some ottoman covers from them. They're beautiful and reasonably priced. I ended up sewing on my own cowry shells, which made them look great. I paid an upholsterer to sew on a zipper on the bottom that went all the way around so it could be easily stuffed and then the stuffing (I used expensive foam) could be moved to another one once it inevitably faded. (I've gotten Indian ottomans before; they fade when left outside.) Anyway, Eyes of India was great, answered my questions promptly, and the items (for which I paid extra on shipping) arrived quickly.

You did best You did best; I love the carpet. Unfortunately customs held it back für weeks, I had to fill out several forms and finally I had to pay 28 Euros extra to the German post company. But that is obviously not your fault ;o) Greetings! Ulrike

I ordered two handles from eyes of… I ordered two handles from eyes of India, they are really wonderful and I have had a lot of comments on them. It is nice to have something so original. Packing was excellent and they arrived before scheduled date. Altogether a very good experience.

Have ordered door handles Have ordered door handles, overall I am satisfied with a purchase. Even though the colour does not match the colour that was displayed on website. But not a big deal for me. I do understand that because of pandemic situation usual post does not go to many countries and I was worried because I was not able to track it. That is not fault of online-shop. I have successfully received it, has taken than I have expected. I would advise others to order on EyesOfIndia and not worry about getting your stuff

I left out 1 star because the shipping… I left out 1 star because the shipping took too long; however,, I love the pillow covers and may order more...great quality....and I have to say this company is great on customer service. They were in touch and would make accommodations if my order didn't arrive and i wanted to cancel. With the virus, shipping is out of the hands of the manufacturer but I appreciated their concern.
