GBGrand Mirrors is the worst company I… Grand Mirrors is the worst company I have ever had to work with. That is saying a lot as I have rehabbed over 30 buildings. Five out of six custom mirrors have failed and Grand Mirrors has refused to repair them. GM sent some new power supplies, of which I had to pay to have installed, but the the power supplies only worked with 2 of the mirrors. I have 3 mirrors currently not working. I have been getting the run-a-round from GM for two and a half years. DO NOT USE GRAND MIRRORS unless you want an inferior product and a lot of frustration!

GBExtremely poor product and experience Extremely poor experience here. We ordered mirrors from Olivier in their UK team and everything felt to be good with what seemed like quality drawings and a decent process. Whilst delivery was slow, the real issues started when we opened the box. Our mirrors were clearly stated for bathroom use and came with not one but two 3-pin plugs each. The whole thing was non IP rated. The finish of the mirrors is very rough indeed with sharp edges on the mounting brackets, unfinished and open joins on the LED enclosure (which is again not water tight). A cumbersome adapter for the remote control which again is poor in quality and has open componentry. The shaver point we clearly requested was not present but no mention of their inability to supply during the order process, only after arrival when I queried it. Miraculously, the mirrors power on but we are not comfortable using them. They quote returns on their website but forget it - they ignore the request and fob you off to a support team who seem most concerned with telling you its not their problem and then ignore all further communication. Sorry, they didn't completely ignore me, they told me to find an electrician. I can also see signs the other reviewer mentioned about the silver potentially deteriorating (and they've been sitting in a dry room on a protective sheet so goodness knows how they'd cope in a moist environment). Save your money - you have no recourse if anything goes wrong and the goods are very cheap! -- UPDATE - POST FEEDBACK The response from Grand Mirrors is in line with the general feedback they give to all other negative reviews. To any potential customer, there are a enough of these to give you a clue about the experience you're likely to get. They've broken Data Privacy laws by posting my personal information online. They clearly do not understand UK building and electrical regulations. They have ignored the many emails I've sent about my dissatisfaction beyond the initial response telling me to find an electrician. The goods were purchased in £GBP not $USD and the only reason I requested a refund was because they were unsafe to use without further expense, are very badly made and had to be disposed of. This way we both suffered losses, not just us. If Trustpilot will allow me, I'll happily post the pictures of the poor quality.

GBThe quality of the mirrors are high… The quality of the mirrors are high quality, im really impressed. However, the shipping took a little awhile, which i honestly understand because they manufacture each mirror from scratch. Over all, good purchase and good company to deal with.

GBWorst Service Ever - Don't look at them! I appreciate the reply form Grand Mirrors - unfortunately the case is a bit mixed - the chip occurred after taking the mirror down several time in order to provide a video and pictures. The owner did it and as was explained a 48x48 mirror is not easy to take down several times. The issue was and still is the electrical from the start - the lighting would not work. after nearly of year of back and forth the company would not provide further support - too bad as the we love the quality of the mirrors - now I need to look for an alter solution. Purchased two LED lighted mirrors about 4 feet by 4 feet fro a new house. Both look great. One worked as expected. The other worked fine at first and then had problems after one month, light would dim and go out. Contacted service which after 65 emails in total (you cannot speak to anyone) where they instructed me to replace parts (wiring) which they supplied - this happened twice over the nearly one year of interactions. They expected the customer to remove this size mirror, do the work of electrician (which i am not) and eventually could not get the mirror working - after which they said it must be an installation issue (not sure how they could deduce this with only seeing videos I sent), they refused to send a service technician or send shipping materials to send the mirror back to the repair center in CA (which I had to ask for), and then wanted to sell me another mirror at a discount rather than replacing. Asking the customer to replace / splice wiring is never a good idea when the problem cannot be identified. I must resort now to small claims court as one mirror works and the other does not. If you are looking for a lighted mirror - Find another supplier!
