I have ordered peacock dancers, swans and horse sculptures from Lezze and each time I have been super impressed with the level of detail and how beautiful they look on display. The customer service is outstanding as well, they responded back very quick to my questions. Thank you Lezze!

Deeply disappointed I have purchased several items from Lezze Design in the past. The products were great and the customer service was excellent. This time however I was deeply disappointed because the product arrived damaged (the ginkgo leaf set). I have tried to contact Lezze Design repeatedly via email and the chat function on their website to ask for a refund or replacement. However there is total radio silence. I have heard nothing in 4 weeks which is deeply concerning and frustrating. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but going forward I will not be buying anything from them.

For this holiday season For this holiday season, I made few purchases online and I have been very pleased the timeliness and the quality of the items when i received them. Customer service is excellent; prompt and precise. I made an error in my last item but it didn’t take long to resolve it as I sent an email back to Hannah and boom!! …the item was shipped properly and on time !

Would order from them again Products arrived promptly (really quickly, actually, especially versus what I'd read in the comments and reviews - I was concerned it would take a long time to get the product but was willing to wait). In-box packaging was great, kept everything very safe. The box itself was pretty flimsy and was bashed up when it arrived. Contents were undamaged because the in-box packaging was great. I would definitely order from them again.
