Product came out of the shipping box in perfect condition. Has finally been installed and works as expected. Fits in perfectly with the custom made counter tops and cabinets. I’m loving my new copper range hood I’m loving my new copper range hood. It fits perfectly in with the kitchen colors and design. I was a little worried trying to personalize and create it over the Internet without seeing a true final result, but it’s perfect. Everyone was easy to work with and allowed me to make tweaks and changes, (and ask probably too many questions) until I felt comfortable and satisfied. Thank you so much!

We purchased a polished copper barn… We purchased a polished copper barn sink for our pending remodel. It arrived in perfect condition, well packed to prevent transit damage. I'm over-the-top happy with our purchase, the price and the quality. Can't wait to see it installed, will provide photos when it's in!

Delivery mix-up resolved. Sink is amazing! We ordered a large copper sink earlier this year. There were some delays, due to shortages (not the fault of Coppersmith). When the sink did arrive, it was not ours, but someone else's. We contacted CS immediately and they worked so quickly to find our sink, arrange pickup, and get the delivery right. Communication was top-notch the entire time. The sink itself is an absolute beauty! Could not be happier with it!

INFERIOR QUALITY!!!!! DISAPPOINTED!!! We ordered two sinks from Coppersmith. One sink has a defect which Coppersmith describes as part of the "artisan craftsmanship". I beg to differ, since I expect a premium product for the premium price I was charged. Building a custom home that will exceed 7 figures, this product does NOT meet my expectations. I will probably just scrap this sink or sell it on Ebay for pennies on the dollar. Check their facebook page for pictures posted on March 23 by Willie Egdorf and you will see that this company does not stand behind its products. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
