Colors Misrepresented on Website The kitchen hood we received is NOTHING like the website designed CAD drawing our interior designer, contractor, and we approved and ordered. The represented color on the website is not anywhere close to the actual product received. Customer service has done nothing to address our concerns. Be very, very wary of ordering from this company. You may not receive a finished product that looks like what you design. UPDATE 10/25/23: The business, World CopperSmith, has refused to provide any allowances/refund/exchange. They delivered to us a $7,500 kitchen hood that does not look anything like the CopperSmith website designed CAD drawing. This drawing was provided to our contractor, interior designer, and ourselves (homeowner) and order created by the company based on that salesman's CAD drawing. The company has refused to acknowledge their misrepresentation of what the final product would look like, and has refused to do anything to address our concerns. We were required to pay in full, in advance. Obviously a big mistake on our part. I highly discourage any customer from relying on their website product representations when ordering a product from this company.

I have received the perfect Hammered Stainless Steel Apron Farm Sink today. It is such a perfect beauty and I am sure our family will enjoy it for many, many more years. All (four of them) my other hammered stainless steel bathroom sinks are perfectly beautiful too. I am grateful to Ryan for delivering those beautiful products. Great people, great hood. When we started looking for a distinctive range hood for a house we were building, we contacted several vendors. CopperSmith was the most responsive, by far. Although cautious about the foreign manufacture, we could not be more pleased with the hood. Great people, great product.

We purchased a polished copper barn… We purchased a polished copper barn sink for our pending remodel. It arrived in perfect condition, well packed to prevent transit damage. I'm over-the-top happy with our purchase, the price and the quality. Can't wait to see it installed, will provide photos when it's in!
