Scam Company Do Not Order I have had a very very bad experience with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My project is being held up by my order. I was told I would get my hood in 7-11 weeks and I was never informed of when I would get my hood. I had to call to ask when it would be delivered and every time it is 2-4 weeks added on to my order. Debbie informed me she would give me updates weekly and never called. They require you to pay for your product but never deliver it. They are a scam I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau about my experience. They are taking money and never giving customers their project. RUN NEVER ORDER A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Experienced DIY' here with complete gut… Experienced DIY' here with complete gut and remodel of our Kitchen. Live in more upscale neighborhood which meant needed more than the usual that you see in appliance store. From start to finish the process was smooth and very well explained. Re-modelling through the holidays, the vent was still ready couple weeks before expected. The packing was suburb and everything came as expected. Installed the unit myself with a little homework. Very happy with the hood, in fact better than I was really expecting. Thanks again

Stunning Range Hood and Sink! We recently received our 48" PR5 copper motif range hood and our motif copper farmhouse sink and could not be happier. They are stunning and perfectly accent our log home! In shipping, they did not send us the correct amount of filters for the recirculating hood liner. We called and they were responsive, called back when they said they would, were no hassle and the additional filters were shipped quickly. We are so happy we chose CopperSmith.

Quality product and service Quality product and service, do wish there was a little more direction on installation as I encountered several problems and their instructions just don't cover anything but a simple install. There are definitely lessons learned when installing one of these though and it would have been nice for them to share that to save me time.

Colors Misrepresented on Website The kitchen hood we received is NOTHING like the website designed CAD drawing our interior designer, contractor, and we approved and ordered. The represented color on the website is not anywhere close to the actual product received. Customer service has done nothing to address our concerns. Be very, very wary of ordering from this company. You may not receive a finished product that looks like what you design. UPDATE 10/25/23: The business, World CopperSmith, has refused to provide any allowances/refund/exchange. They delivered to us a $7,500 kitchen hood that does not look anything like the CopperSmith website designed CAD drawing. This drawing was provided to our contractor, interior designer, and ourselves (homeowner) and order created by the company based on that salesman's CAD drawing. The company has refused to acknowledge their misrepresentation of what the final product would look like, and has refused to do anything to address our concerns. We were required to pay in full, in advance. Obviously a big mistake on our part. I highly discourage any customer from relying on their website product representations when ordering a product from this company.
