If I could give them NO stars If I could give them NO stars, I would. I ordered a Kurt Cobain poster from them. Immediately, when I ordered it I realized that the mailing address was wrong. I emailed them (because there is NO number) giving our correct address. I got no response. I emailed them 3 days later, and no response. Two weeks later, I got an email stating the shipment was going to take longer (no crap), and I could wait to purchase something in return. I emailed (again), this time requesting a refund. No response, go figure. Two weeks after that, I received an email saying my purchase has been shipped. It was shipping, finally, BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TRIPPYSTORE.COM. I wish I would have read these reviews. I would have never purchased from them.

I knew before I ordered that there… I knew before I ordered that there shipping took a little bit longer than some other places around 2 weeks but overall I've had a good experience with this company. There products are high quality and a good price and when a few of my items where taking longer to ship they split my order at there own cost and sent out what they could right away. I would definitely order from here again and recommend them to anyone

I ordered posters on 7/12/23 and didn’t… I ordered posters on 7/12/23 and didn’t receive confirmation or order number after my account was billed. I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number numerous times without any response. It’s August 3 and no package and order confirmation. Will never order from Trippy Store again and recommend others the same!! poor service. Finally shipped 8/10. Thanks no reply needed.

Wish I did my research about this… Wish I did my research about this company beforehand. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my order other than the occasional automated "we're thinking about you!" message. Ya, sure. Called, emailed them.. no reply. Edit: my order finally came in may 15 it took 25 days for my order to finally come in but everything was in good shape would order again but they have to fix the shipping issues.

I did 2 different orders received the… I did 2 different orders received the first order. I didn't receive the 2nd order I made it been over a month. I tried to get a hold of the company and never got a response.
