The cutlery came in a box that actually was broken but all the pieces inside were perfect and not damaged. The quality is great and the cutlery is really well refined. It represents the perfect complement for a gorgeous table display.

Be very careful Be very careful! I was sold a set of 6.5 inch plates for $37 and received only one. They will refund me the money after I return it to Hong Kong. Although it’s shipped from a US address, it is a Hong Kong company. The postage will cost me more to send it back and they are not covering it. Do not buy from this site!!!! It’s not ethical in many ways! Art + Interior site looks great but is super misleading and unresponsive.

THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS ACTUALLY A KNOCK-OFF OF LUMIO LIGHTS This company has the worst customer service you could imagine. In fact, there really is no customer service at all-- just broken links and many automated responses from a computer, unread by any company person who is not a bot. It was not clear to me when I ordered I was doing business with a so-called "company" in China. More than half the reviews online about this company are written by the same person under different user IDs. Scam reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY WRECKLESSLY. Order from them if you don't care about wasting time and resources.

Ivy and Wilde do not trust SCAM I bought 4 items on there, it was not cheap, they were shipped late individually from China. They are in horrific condition with the stitching messy and hanging off the garments or toys. All of the items are made in completely different fabrics than the pictures they look so cheap and tacky. All of the labels read terrible English. I can only assume this is a scam website that produces stock in China, do not trust them!!! I will not send back as it seems through trust pilot they do not refund. Absolutely disgusting service.
