Never again High shipping fees, for the little Dragon baby costume I had to pay an additional 35€ because the package came from Tokyo. When I read their story one facebook, I wrongly assumed they’re working with high quality local firms. The product looks totaly different on the webshop photo - real : on the webshop something exclusive, real cheap material in a big production. When I mailed them, they had a solution: send the costume back to Tokyo (read: pay another 35€) to get 35 back...

THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS ACTUALLY A KNOCK-OFF OF LUMIO LIGHTS This company has the worst customer service you could imagine. In fact, there really is no customer service at all-- just broken links and many automated responses from a computer, unread by any company person who is not a bot. It was not clear to me when I ordered I was doing business with a so-called "company" in China. More than half the reviews online about this company are written by the same person under different user IDs. Scam reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY WRECKLESSLY. Order from them if you don't care about wasting time and resources.
