I have been very happy with everything that I have received from them the quality of everything customer service you couldn't ask for anything better. Matter of fact I just reordered yesterday. Product was completely DIFFERENT than… Product was completely DIFFERENT than what was pictured on the website. I sent a detailed email to their support department with pictures comparing what was shown on their site and what was actually received. I sent a follow-up email after no response for 2 days. I still have not received a response now after 3 days.
