You have lots of nice products that… You have lots of nice products that touched my heart without using your wonderful products. I can't stay. I recommend that you please enhance the consistency of your graphics on the website.

I sent a detailed email to their support department with pictures comparing what was shown on their site and what was actually received. I sent a follow-up email after no response for 2 days. I still have not received a response now after 3 days.

I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and… I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and have not received my order or an email about my order. I purchased a $25.00 item with no idea when I will receive it. I paid for the Express delivery because of needing it by the end of this week. Why charge for Express delivery if you can not get the item here by the time promised.

So far so good! Application wasn't too difficult - just need to be thorough with pressing the design firmly onto the wall before peeling off the backing, and then go slow when removing the backing to catch any parts that might not easily come free from the backing. Some of the smaller pieces needed a little more caution. I do not have any puckers or wrinkles. I do have a little bit of an orange peel texture on my wall but the decal is thin enough that it seems to be able to follow the contours. I have the 79" size of the Seattle skyline and spent less than an hour following all of the steps to apply it. I hope it stays strongly adhered and doesn't come loose over time!
