I sent a detailed email to their support department with pictures comparing what was shown on their site and what was actually received. I sent a follow-up email after no response for 2 days. I still have not received a response now after 3 days.

Great Companye never dealt with a better… I I have never dealt with a better company than style and apply! I have been very happy with everything that I have received from them the quality of everything customer service you couldn't ask for anything better. Matter of fact I just reordered yesterday. So far so good! Application wasn't too difficult - just need to be thorough with pressing the design firmly onto the wall before peeling off the backing, and then go slow when removing the backing to catch any parts that might not easily come free from the backing. Some of the smaller pieces needed a little more caution. I do not have any puckers or wrinkles. I do have a little bit of an orange peel texture on my wall but the decal is thin enough that it seems to be able to follow the contours. I have the 79" size of the Seattle skyline and spent less than an hour following all of the steps to apply it. I hope it stays strongly adhered and doesn't come loose over time!

I haven’t had any confirmation of my… I haven’t had any confirmation of my package shipping and it’s been several days. No email correspondence at all! Super frustrating
