GBProduct was completely DIFFERENT than… Product was completely DIFFERENT than what was pictured on the website. I sent a detailed email to their support department with pictures comparing what was shown on their site and what was actually received. I sent a follow-up email after no response for 2 days. I still have not received a response now after 3 days.

GBI am still awaiting delivery of my… I am still awaiting delivery of my item. I was advised to expect delivery in 10/13 only later to recieve an email that delivery is still in transit but gaving no indication as to when I can expect delivery.

GBWorst customer service I've encountered in the US. China companies are better I ordered two different sized decals, one of each. Mirror image for both. I rec'd one email that said there would be follow up. There was none. I contacted this company after four days, with no reply to my first three contacts. Calling the phone number listed online gets you the recorded message "this number is not setup for phone calls"?? FINALLY I got someone there to address my issue and two decals were sent out. 2 of the SAME SIZE - the smaller one, so I'm paying extra for something I didn't order... and only one was mirrored. FIVE follow-up emails have gone unanswered. And they sent me an email asking for a review!?! "How did we do"? Here's my answer.
