I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and… I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and have not received my order or an email about my order. I purchased a $25.00 item with no idea when I will receive it. I paid for the Express delivery because of needing it by the end of this week. Why charge for Express delivery if you can not get the item here by the time promised.

My whole experience was wonderful My whole experience was wonderful. Ordering was simple and it arrived quickly. The instructions on how to apply to the wall were very clear and had pictures. I am very happy with how it looks on my wall. It has been up for one (1) day and does not look like it will come off unless I pull it off myself, which I did once already to re-position it. I was afraid it would not stick again but so far so good. I will definitely order more. The stickers I received are very professional looking and beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase from Style and Apply.

Worst customer service I've encountered in the US. China companies are better I ordered two different sized decals, one of each. Mirror image for both. I rec'd one email that said there would be follow up. There was none. I contacted this company after four days, with no reply to my first three contacts. Calling the phone number listed online gets you the recorded message "this number is not setup for phone calls"?? FINALLY I got someone there to address my issue and two decals were sent out. 2 of the SAME SIZE - the smaller one, so I'm paying extra for something I didn't order... and only one was mirrored. FIVE follow-up emails have gone unanswered. And they sent me an email asking for a review!?! "How did we do"? Here's my answer.
