GBI paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and… I paid $4.99 for 3 day shipping and have not received my order or an email about my order. I purchased a $25.00 item with no idea when I will receive it. I paid for the Express delivery because of needing it by the end of this week. Why charge for Express delivery if you can not get the item here by the time promised.

GBWorst customer service I've encountered in the US. China companies are better I ordered two different sized decals, one of each. Mirror image for both. I rec'd one email that said there would be follow up. There was none. I contacted this company after four days, with no reply to my first three contacts. Calling the phone number listed online gets you the recorded message "this number is not setup for phone calls"?? FINALLY I got someone there to address my issue and two decals were sent out. 2 of the SAME SIZE - the smaller one, so I'm paying extra for something I didn't order... and only one was mirrored. FIVE follow-up emails have gone unanswered. And they sent me an email asking for a review!?! "How did we do"? Here's my answer.
