Plant Plant - or I should say ONE sprout arrived in a box filled with dirt. Sprout was half dead on delivery. NO protection was given to the sprout during shipment, hence the paltry item I received. Reached out for "their replacement guarantee" - No response as to a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over-charge for very young plants and don't stand behind their warrantee! ALSO, they do not post negative comments on their site! AVOID!

No Guarantees One of my trees arrived damaged, but survived. 3 of my trees died the first winter (winter hardy avocado and Lohan). One plant never arrived and was cancelled three months later due to lack of availability. Fast-Growing-Trees, unlike many nurseries does not guarantee their plants. They have a 30 day guarantee from time of shipping and you must buy an extended warranty which will add at least 25% to your order. There is also significant variability in the size of their plants. Beware.

Do Not Order from FastGrowing Trees.com If I could rate zero I would. The first Japanese maple I ordered in the fall, showed up dead. The replacement arrived and looked sickly. I planted it anyway, hoping for the best, but by the beginning of spring it was evident it didn't make it. When I contacted them, they said the 30 day warranty had expired already, and I didn't click on extended warranty, they gave me 20% off and said to try again and that won't happen because I'm never ordering from them again.

My experience I ordered a Pygmy Date Palm from them for $200 (-20% discount) and received a pretty weak (small) tree. I contacted them and they completely resolved the issue. Another tree I ordered from them - a large Pindo palm was pretty big and doing very well. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with them. Order 9501627956 from April 17th 2023

Avoid a Ripoff The same problem as everyone else is having - this company lies about what it will be sending. The plants are scrawny and much smaller than described. Before buying take a look at its Better Business Bureau complaint file - it's massive. Avoid this company if you do not want to be disappointed.
