USTried to contact the company 3 or 4… Tried to contact the company 3 or 4 times with no results. Love my couches, but the inside stuffing cases fell apart-totally disintegrated. Tried to contact them to buy new stuffing cases but no response.

USI bought a couch and loveseat in Feb… I bought a couch and loveseat in Feb 2022 and by October the couch wooden frame broke. The wood was pushed out the back through the fabric and dented the wall. The left arm is loose. The furniture is barely used as it’s in our back living room. I tried emailing several times with no response. Called but numbers are no good.

USDoes anyone even work at this company… Does anyone even work at this company any longer???? Bought a sectional in Feb and the arm is very loose and the ottoman have boards that came apart inside. Bought it thru Arron's rental and paid it off immediately SO, since I don't owe money they can't have it serviced thru them. I have called this NON working number several times and emailed with NO response. So I am to assume, just as others stated in their reviews, we are ALL left with crap quality and NO support and stolen money in my eyes as you have sold defective materials and given a warranty that can't be honered. Guess BBB is the next stop or maybe, we all pull together for a class action lawsuit??? Anyone care to acknowledge my concerns now???

USWorst service ever! If there are no stars, that is what I would give them. I ordered the furniture in July, beginning of July. It has been a nightmare. At first delivery, they said they cannot move it in. For the second attempt, they did not show up at all, though, I received the call they will be there 2 days prior. The customer service - NONE. I have been trying to call and e-mail for weeks now. I am sending an e-mail almost everyday with no response. I paid for the product I never received, and they do not even bother to contact me. I do not even know if I am going to get my money back. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I saw some of the reviews here earlier!

USThis company is terrible This company is terrible. There is no telephone number the one listed is not active. There is no one to talk to about an order. The email is also useless. I have emailed and the response is not related to the issue I inquired about. What is going on here just please get a phone system we can speak to someone in customer service. Amazon etc are bigger and they have good service and we can get someone to speak to to resolve issues.
