GBGreat couch, great service! We were searching for a sectional and Woodhaven came up through Google. They had the best prices for the couch we were looking for. We were hesitant to buy furniture from a new site without trying it in person but are glad we did! We chatted with the customer support team and they were super helpful, making sure that we could fit the couch in our basement and handling all our incessant questions about the fabric and colors. The couch looks better than it does online and the quality of the cushions far exceeded our expectations. I expect this couch to last for a long time. In addition the delivery was great. We have a third floor walkup that has tight corners and the support delivery men were able to navigate through all the turns and assemble the couch for us.

GBWorst experience of my life My husband and I ordered a couch from here in January, it "shipped" and is STILL sitting in the same warehouse for almost 3 weeks!!!! We contact them daily and every day it's a new excuse with them. I'm pregnant and we don't have a couch to sit on!! My back hurts because i have to sit on our bed!! This is f**king ridiculous!!!!!

GBThis is great company This is great company. We ordered a sleeper sofa from them but we had never ordered something as big as furniture online. Their team was very helpful and responsive. My wife "spoke" (on their chat on their site) multiple times before ordering and they were always responsive. But what surprised us was that even after it was delivered (for free, btw), we were still easily able to get a response from them on the chat. We don't like when you can't get customer service from a business AFTER you buy and Woodhaven did great on this. The sleeper sofa is great, too. I guess all sofabeds are like this but when you sit on it, it's firmer than it looked in online. It's soft and still very comfortable. We're happy with the quality for the price.

GBRead before ordering I waited 3 weeks for a couch and love seat. The love seat came with a caved in side and when emailing support I’ve for 1 response out of 4 emails on get money back or a new love seat. I will never order from here again. Customer service department… CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key word and they seem to have none. It’s been over a month since delivery and the original email.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their furniture is THE WORST.. It’s like sitting on cement, They offer all kinds of guarantees… until you need to send something back. Our experience has been one big nightmare. AND NOW… they want to charge me $1000 to send this piece of crap furniture back. That is WRONG. I have tried for 2 weeks to get this resolved. We can’t move into our new home because WOODHAVEN FURNITURE is putting the screws to us. ITS ONE BIG SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES!!! THEY ARE AS EVIL AS THEY COME. SHAME ON YOU WH FURNITURE
