GBTried to contact the company 3 or 4… Tried to contact the company 3 or 4 times with no results. Love my couches, but the inside stuffing cases fell apart-totally disintegrated. Tried to contact them to buy new stuffing cases but no response.

GBDon’t expect them to return your calls! We ordered our furniture in January and it was delivered in a timely manner, when promised in about 3 weeks. The delivery, however, was far from “white glove”. The delivery guys were great, but honestly had no clue that they were supposed to unpack and assemble the furniture and throw away the boxes and wrapping. Apparently, the delivery company, subs out some of their delivery jobs, without making sure the company knows they are supposed to be doing “white glove delivery”. The furniture looked good except for a corner on the back of the sofa that the upholstery didn’t completely cover the corner. There were some minor things lose on a chair that my husband fixed but we called the day of delivery and noted on the delivery invoice, the damage to the back of the sofa! I have called twice since delivery in late January and promised that a manager would return my call…but we have never heard a word. I would love to order an ottoman to go with a chair I ordered, but wouldn’t dare, just because they don’t even have the decency to call me back. Very unprofessional. The furniture is hard, but should hold up good in a beach condo…shouldn’t ever sag anyway. I do not recommend this company. (The furniture was ordered in my husband’s name, Robert Parker. and was delivered to North Myrtle Beach, SC)

GBThis company is the worse furniture… This company is the worse furniture company that I have had the displeasure of ordering from. And to make matters worse, there is no one in management fir me to speak with per the emoyees that answered the support line. I purchased a living room set and received a delivery date. I waited 3 weeks and took a day off from work and no deliver, no call. I spend a total of 8hours over 2 days trying to get answers and the only thing I got was the delivery company is new and has been making many mistakes including scheduling orders without picking up the furniture. I have pleaded with the customer service reps to have someone in management contact me but I was told they are always in meetings and is not available. I have filed a clain with GA attorney General office and BBB. Your response is late and fake. Use the time to train your staff on improving customer service and customer sensitivity. I was left traumatize from the unnecessary stress you caused. The o lying furniture I requested to be picked up was your incomplete set.

GBDoes anyone even work at this company… Does anyone even work at this company any longer???? Bought a sectional in Feb and the arm is very loose and the ottoman have boards that came apart inside. Bought it thru Arron's rental and paid it off immediately SO, since I don't owe money they can't have it serviced thru them. I have called this NON working number several times and emailed with NO response. So I am to assume, just as others stated in their reviews, we are ALL left with crap quality and NO support and stolen money in my eyes as you have sold defective materials and given a warranty that can't be honered. Guess BBB is the next stop or maybe, we all pull together for a class action lawsuit??? Anyone care to acknowledge my concerns now???

GBWorst service ever! If there are no stars, that is what I would give them. I ordered the furniture in July, beginning of July. It has been a nightmare. At first delivery, they said they cannot move it in. For the second attempt, they did not show up at all, though, I received the call they will be there 2 days prior. The customer service - NONE. I have been trying to call and e-mail for weeks now. I am sending an e-mail almost everyday with no response. I paid for the product I never received, and they do not even bother to contact me. I do not even know if I am going to get my money back. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I saw some of the reviews here earlier!
