GBDifficult to get them to listen Difficult to get them to listen, help and actually understand the issue. They offer payment through Amazon, which we all know allows returns on all item - but when I made this point to Sociaty6 they still pretty much said "tough luck" Very unwilling to help in anyway. They should be called sociaty0 in my opionion - I will never ever buying anything from these guys again.

GBThey shipped an art print FOLDED UP I ordered a 22x28" art print. It was shipped FOLDED UP LIKE AN ACCORDION in 4" increments in a thin, flimsy, flat cardboard package. It obviously arrived severely creased, in no condition to frame. I did get my refund immediately after providing photos. This was truly a bizarre experience. I feel bad for the artist whose work I liked but wasn't able to actually support or hang up on my wall in the end.

GBReview from an artist on Society6 Garbage site! I spend years to have a 600+ designs portfolio, new designs never sell, not once, people always buy my designs where i upload 5 years ago. But that is because they do nothing to show your new stuff, the website is too bad, small mockups, blurry, the client can't really see what they're buying, they have also to of unprofessional artists, selling low quality images, printed on Chinese products... You can't keep your clients for long time with this garbage website, and as artist you can't do anything, they don't care, they answer nicely but they dont care about artist opinions. ALSO YOU NEVER PROMOTE A WHITE NORMAL MAN, always woman, black, LGBTQUEIA+ bla bla, hipster BS!!! So i will leave this stupid "politics correct" website!

CAThumbs down for a broken marketplace As a seller paying $155.88 USD a year to list my art here, I would recommend new artists stay clear from this website, at least for now. Society6 has a completely broken search function, and newly added artworks have not been visible on the marketplace for at least the last 5 months. If you have any newly added works, I recommend searching for them on the Society6 marketplace by your username, title and specific tags to see if you can find yours, especially if you have been considering signing up for a plan. It will give you an indication of what customers are not seeing. Further, go to any main navigation link on Society6 (backpacks, totes, mugs etc), and check the "new & trending" filter which supposedly would give you newly added items. Take a screenshot of what you see, and check back 1 - 2 weeks later. Heck, check back a month later like I did. I guarantee you'll see the same exact things there, in the same order as they were in your old screenshot. For this alone I would give it a 1 star, as there is simply no point signing up for this platform if your newly added work does not have a sliver of a chance of being found, even with meticulous keyword and description planning. Support brushes this issue off, saying that artists need to promote their works more, or just says their marketplace is struggling with the introduction of the artist plans and their website may "take a few days" to update. I'd say over 120 days has been more than a few. The fact that their advertised "analytics" page for the pro plan only works half the time, and doesn't actually give you any analytics at all and just tells you how many works you have sold over the last 90 days (which is a stat you can see without the analytics feature) is just the icing on the 1 star cake. I hope Society6 improves their website & will change this review if they do, but for now I would recommend giving the artist plans a hard pass.

GBNot Accepting Responsibility for Defective Products DO NOT patronize Society6! We were out of town for a few weeks, but when we returned & opened a wall mural we ordered, the quality was abysmal; fuzzy & pixilated. Even though product was clearly substandard, they refused to refund our $300, as the 30 day return period has lapsed. This is how they respond to obvious negligence on their part. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
