GBARTISTS AVOID!!!! I have been contributing to Society6 since 2016, had over 130 designs, now they make artists pay just to be on the platform. All my designs were deleted except 10 :) How lovely! Do they realise how much time I spent adjusting all products for my artwork???????? Anyway I made 2 sales in past month, for the rug "Beautiful wave surfing on a sandy beach" that a Buyer paid $281 I got only £24, not even 10%. What a cruel platform, cold heartedly deleting designs forever. My own paintings and photos around the World. Please avoid, not a great experience at all.

GBI'm sure they think they're saving… I'm sure they think they're saving their platform by adding subscription fees, but it'll just further its demise. It was poorly thought out. Why not just take a little percentage from the earnings instead? That would have somewhat appeased people. No, you must subscribe and pay s6 yourself. Not a smart move. Also, telling people your deadline for the changes is this date, making people pay the subscription, then extending the deadline was scummy. Shame on you. For that I gave up. It was appalling behaviour by s6. What new seller would want to pay when elsewhere you could list as much as you like for free? It will backfire. Sales slip. More sellers will end up out of pocket. Sellers will leave. Society6. Goodbye from me.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service, poor quality control. I bought four coffee mugs, $25 each, and the handle fell off one after being just used a few times. Since it happened after my 30 days since having purchased, they declined to help me in anyway, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve glued it back on, but really, $25 a mug and not even an apology. This is the worst customer service I can imagine. Save yourself. Never do business with them.

GBDifficult to get them to listen Difficult to get them to listen, help and actually understand the issue. They offer payment through Amazon, which we all know allows returns on all item - but when I made this point to Sociaty6 they still pretty much said "tough luck" Very unwilling to help in anyway. They should be called sociaty0 in my opionion - I will never ever buying anything from these guys again.

CAThumbs down for a broken marketplace As a seller paying $155.88 USD a year to list my art here, I would recommend new artists stay clear from this website, at least for now. Society6 has a completely broken search function, and newly added artworks have not been visible on the marketplace for at least the last 5 months. If you have any newly added works, I recommend searching for them on the Society6 marketplace by your username, title and specific tags to see if you can find yours, especially if you have been considering signing up for a plan. It will give you an indication of what customers are not seeing. Further, go to any main navigation link on Society6 (backpacks, totes, mugs etc), and check the "new & trending" filter which supposedly would give you newly added items. Take a screenshot of what you see, and check back 1 - 2 weeks later. Heck, check back a month later like I did. I guarantee you'll see the same exact things there, in the same order as they were in your old screenshot. For this alone I would give it a 1 star, as there is simply no point signing up for this platform if your newly added work does not have a sliver of a chance of being found, even with meticulous keyword and description planning. Support brushes this issue off, saying that artists need to promote their works more, or just says their marketplace is struggling with the introduction of the artist plans and their website may "take a few days" to update. I'd say over 120 days has been more than a few. The fact that their advertised "analytics" page for the pro plan only works half the time, and doesn't actually give you any analytics at all and just tells you how many works you have sold over the last 90 days (which is a stat you can see without the analytics feature) is just the icing on the 1 star cake. I hope Society6 improves their website & will change this review if they do, but for now I would recommend giving the artist plans a hard pass.
