GBI'm sure they think they're saving… I'm sure they think they're saving their platform by adding subscription fees, but it'll just further its demise. It was poorly thought out. Why not just take a little percentage from the earnings instead? That would have somewhat appeased people. No, you must subscribe and pay s6 yourself. Not a smart move. Also, telling people your deadline for the changes is this date, making people pay the subscription, then extending the deadline was scummy. Shame on you. For that I gave up. It was appalling behaviour by s6. What new seller would want to pay when elsewhere you could list as much as you like for free? It will backfire. Sales slip. More sellers will end up out of pocket. Sellers will leave. Society6. Goodbye from me.

GBArtist Don't Sell! Absolute CON As an Artist it's a disgrace that Society 6 robs artists and takes more than half of your profit earnings. I had to increase the pricing of my prints so high just so I can get some benefit and earnings out of selling my work! I sold a print for £12 and I'm only recieving 49p... !!! It's a joke. This is because Society 6 has changed their policy so that artists must now pay a monthly fee to have just a small freedom to sell their own work. My advice - remove the middle man and sell your prints independently, don't rely on these online con artist art print sites, you also have no control of what the customer gets as in quality, I personally would want to see what my customers get and sign them personally. After my huge 49p clears up into my PayPal I will be deleting my account... Thanks for ripping me off Society 6 - More like society 666!! 👿

GBARTISTS AVOID!!!! I have been contributing to Society6 since 2016, had over 130 designs, now they make artists pay just to be on the platform. All my designs were deleted except 10 :) How lovely! Do they realise how much time I spent adjusting all products for my artwork???????? Anyway I made 2 sales in past month, for the rug "Beautiful wave surfing on a sandy beach" that a Buyer paid $281 I got only £24, not even 10%. What a cruel platform, cold heartedly deleting designs forever. My own paintings and photos around the World. Please avoid, not a great experience at all.

KRDon't Become a Seller Here I started becoming a seller on the site, but the site would run with major errors that recurred which hindered loading my pages or editing my items. I reached via email for help and the replies were kind, but they were never pointing to what was actually causing the problems and I never got them resolved. Additional measures I took on my own wouldn't help either, and with the service's help being unfortunately not in the least helpful, I just knew this wasn't a site I wanted to continue going with. Were anyone to ask me about the Society6 for selling their art or art goods, I would say 'not a good idea' and not recommend becoming a paid member.

GBAccount deleted Reviewing as a seller We only get a very small cut of the overinflated prices that Society 6 charge when we sell something. They are now charging us a monthly fee to use the site, which is on top of shipping fees they introduced earlier this year. Propping up a struggling business by exploiting hard working artists is a disgrace Account deleted. Sellers and buyers, please do not support this business.
