GBI have been having issues with payoneer… Update : even the co-ceo was not helpful didn’t follow up ! Wow ! Had to contact a regular chat representative that was able to assist ! That is so unprofessional that I had to contact so many people for 5 days and it took the 5th person to get things right ! Even after numerous complaints that went unanswered! I’m not sure of who that lady name was but god bless her !! She deserves to be the CEO !

LBReceiving account issues. Overall, the experience was positive. The associate diligently attempted to assist me with the issue, although we are still in the process of resolving it.
