RSHORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I don’t know what to say. I was using Payoneer regularly to withdraw funds from eBay sales. Then, I started selling on Amazon, and they required KYC (Know Your Customer) from the US bank account I connected on the Payoneer platform. I literally sent 20+ emails to Payoneer, begging them to send this KYC confirmation to Amazon, but they just answer every time like robots. They always say that my account is fully verified and that I successfully completed KYC, but it has been literally three months since they started telling me this and still haven’t sent that KYC to Amazon. Also, they always assure you they will fix this issue and work fast to solve it. It’s been three-plus months now, and nothing is fixed. I have money on Amazon waiting for withdrawal, and after over three months of messaging and begging them, I still cannot connect this properly because no KYC review and confirmation were sent from the Payoneer side. I think this is the worst experience I have had with customer support ever! If they fix this for me, I would be okay to change my review, but they need to work on actually giving a damn about people’s problems. DO NOT USE THEM, JUST SPEND SOME NERVES BY OPENING A NORMAL BANK ACCOUNT!

LBReceiving account issues. Overall, the experience was positive. The associate diligently attempted to assist me with the issue, although we are still in the process of resolving it. I wish there was a faster means of contact between us. I am hopeful that we can swiftly resolve the issues and proceed to activate my receiving account.

DEGood alternative to PayPal Good alternative to PayPal. The customer support is helpful when I need it, though I had one issue where I wanted to switch from my virtual card to a physical one, where they weren't able to help me until I tried again with another agent. Then it worked. Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about. Transactions are fast and the fees are fair I think.
