Both the wrong shelves and the correct ones were shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. The shelves are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful shelves! Great quality products! I bought three natural finish ‘rustic look’ shelves for my living room and I loved them! My order came with a missing mount bracket but I contacted customer service and they mailed me a new hardware packet right away. I will be purchasing again from this company on my future home projects. Thanks much to the Amish community and logistics partners!

What a great company! What a great company!! We ordered shelves that came quickly. Unfortunately, when Fed Ex snapped a photo of the said delivery, only our porch was in the photo and no package! Fed Ex did not care that nothing was delivered, and referred me back to Urban Legacy - enter Julia! She was awesome and had our replacement ready immediately! In a world these days where the only way to get to customer service is through many frustrating avenues, resulting most times in dead ends - Urban Legacy is so far above and I am so appreciative!!
