Nice finding a company that you can work with online where the final product is made overseas, but the communication is excellent and you receive exactly what you expected to receive. Excellent customer service & product Excellent customer service, excellent product. Bree helped me to customize our company logo. She was patient with me as we worked through what looked best. She explained the difference between old fashioned neon and LED neon very clearly. The finished design is fantastic, beautiful and bright! Our event is not until July so until it can hang in our competition ring, it is hanging in my office and is in the background of every zoom meeting. I have gotten lots of great compliments on it already!
