We ordered a custom sign from Kings of… We ordered a custom sign from Kings of Neon to be mounted on our food truck. Tabitha Pinchot was our sales guide and she did a wonderful job. We had a million question in which she was very patient and found out every answer that we needed. The sign was delivered on time and looks fantastic. The neon is very bright and vibrant. We couldn't be more happy with our new sign as well as working with Tabitha.

Absolutely do not buy from them Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.

Five Stars All Day Long! The customer service is excellent. They are really helpful in offering quotes and timeliness. They're great at answering questions and emails. I am really impressed. The time between ordering and receiving your product is a lot shorter than I really expected. And the actually product is beating all expectations. Their prices are great.
