I reached out to over 20 different companies and Kings of Neon were by far the most professional and responsive company. They also had the best pricing and made a sign for me that was double the size, that just about every other company quoted me. The process was simple and smooth! Would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a light up sign to try Kings of Neon.

I wanted a specific font, color, background amd style and she took the time to listen to me and create the sign of my daughter in law to be’s dreams! AUAbsolutely do not buy from them Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.
