Nice finding a company that you can work with online where the final product is made overseas, but the communication is excellent and you receive exactly what you expected to receive. The timeline was very reasonable as well. Kudos to Kings Of Neon for getting it right!

Absolutely do not buy from them Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.

It shipped quickly, and the rock-solid packaging ensured it arrived safe & sound. Now it's up on my wall and everyone absolutely loves it. We got in contact with Joe at KON and… We got in contact with Joe at KON and he took care of us from design to finish. The sign came wrapped nicely and is working great. Happy with the RGB functionality, install, and most importantly the overall execution of the build. Will be buying more in the future for different projects, Nicely done!
