GBKings is Neon are Fantastic Fantastic customer service and you made what I thought was impossible possible. I am thrilled and the finished product exceeds all of my expectations. I highly recommend when you purchase that you get the remote which allows dimming and turning on and off the main unit. I shop the surround with several other companies but I'm so glad that I went with Kings of neon.

Excellent customer service all the way though - real people who reached out right away to help me to achieve my vision for my custom sign, (thanks Brianna!) and at a very competitive price. It shipped quickly, and the rock-solid packaging ensured it arrived safe & sound. Now it's up on my wall and everyone absolutely loves it. AUAbsolutely do not buy from them Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.
