GBJust be sure I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

GBFast shipping, great product at a great price The motion sensor light is exactly what I was looking for. Soft light for making coffee in the morning while the rest of my family is sleeping. Anything to make this more streamlined and less jarring is a win 😜 Great price and I'm glad I don't have to get a grip of batteries. A slight fade on and off would be cool, but not crucial. One extra mounting disc for an alternate location would be helpful, too. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Thanks, Momo!

GBI love the product but.... I love the product. Specifically the shower mat. The problem is the outer packaging for shipping. The product is in bubble wrap, a tight fitting cardboard box and then another cardboard box. The problem is that I ordered 3 and those nicely packaged boxes were loosely in a larger box which was either dropped on a corner with nothing to act as a shock absorber. Two of the three were damaged. After notifying the company and verifying with pictures, I received replacements for the two damaged products. The packaging was identical as the first time- not enough crunched up paper to stop the boxes inside from moving around loosely. This time one was good and one corner was slightly pushed in. I’m so sad and disappointed because I love the product and these were Christmas presents for my family.

GBGreat Customer Service Ordered a 20L water jug sleeve around 3 months ago and the stitches were already coming apart. Emailed the customer care team and they were quick enough to resolve the issue by sending a replacement for me in 2 days. Happy with the overall experience.
