Excellent product and customer service Excellent customer service and an excellent product. My Momo stone bath mat came in with a chip and Rafael from customer service was able to send a replacement promptly once he received the photos showing the shipping box damage and the damage on the mat that corresponded. We love that there is no wet rug to harbor bacteria. Would highly recommend the Momo Stone Bath Mat.

Great customer response This is a mat. I’ve been thinking about it for so long and finally pull the trigger was extremely excited when I received the product but it was not exactly what I ordered. I contacted the customer service team and immediately they jumped into action to rectify the situation they went above and beyond to make it 100% right Rafael took the time and interest to make sure my needs were looked after and dealt with an efficient and professional manner. I look forward to the next time we have to do business with these guys because they are fantastic.

A Great Addition to Your Counter! This is a genius item. I was continually wiping the area of sink/ countertop where I keep my dish detergent, and foaming handsoap container. No more, this catches those drip and drops and keeps the area spotless! The shipment came promptly!!

I love the product but.... I love the product. Specifically the shower mat. The problem is the outer packaging for shipping. The product is in bubble wrap, a tight fitting cardboard box and then another cardboard box. The problem is that I ordered 3 and those nicely packaged boxes were loosely in a larger box which was either dropped on a corner with nothing to act as a shock absorber. Two of the three were damaged. After notifying the company and verifying with pictures, I received replacements for the two damaged products. The packaging was identical as the first time- not enough crunched up paper to stop the boxes inside from moving around loosely. This time one was good and one corner was slightly pushed in. I’m so sad and disappointed because I love the product and these were Christmas presents for my family.

Update to my previous reviews about the… Update to my previous reviews about the mat warping. The company contacted me after I wrote the review and sent me a new mat free of charge. I appreciate them correcting this issue.
