Great kitchen/bathroom gadget I just love this product especially with little kids in the house. They splatter water everywhere and with this great sink drying rack I know my countertops will stay dry and clean. Also a big plus for being eco-friendly and using recycled craft paper for packaging. Thumbs up!

I love the product but.... I love the product. Specifically the shower mat. The problem is the outer packaging for shipping. The product is in bubble wrap, a tight fitting cardboard box and then another cardboard box. The problem is that I ordered 3 and those nicely packaged boxes were loosely in a larger box which was either dropped on a corner with nothing to act as a shock absorber. Two of the three were damaged. After notifying the company and verifying with pictures, I received replacements for the two damaged products. The packaging was identical as the first time- not enough crunched up paper to stop the boxes inside from moving around loosely. This time one was good and one corner was slightly pushed in. I’m so sad and disappointed because I love the product and these were Christmas presents for my family.

Great Customer Service Ordered a 20L water jug sleeve around 3 months ago and the stitches were already coming apart. Emailed the customer care team and they were quick enough to resolve the issue by sending a replacement for me in 2 days. Happy with the overall experience.
