Just be sure I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

Great Customer Service Ordered a 20L water jug sleeve around 3 months ago and the stitches were already coming apart. Emailed the customer care team and they were quick enough to resolve the issue by sending a replacement for me in 2 days. Happy with the overall experience.

Nice product and great customer service The bath mat is very nice looking, but the first one arrived damaged on one of the corner. I contacted customer service and Rafael quickly sent me a replacement mat for free and followed up multiple times to ensure that everything is OK. Overall great customer service and I'm happy with the bath mat.

Pleasant surprise! I researched the stone bath mats and found Momo Lifestyle so be the most highly rated so I ordered it from Walmart. Unfortunately Walmart cancelled the order because they did not think it could be delivered by the established date. The mat was a present so I was disappointed. I found out later that the mat had been delivered a day earlier than expected. The mat has exceeded expectations. Definitely better than fabric mats. A great gift and a great company that honors its commitment to customers.
