Amazing customer service Love the water pump and now I love this company even more. I emailed customer service due to the pump having issues and received super helpful advice from Rafael Santana on how to try to fix it. Was unsuccessful but he honored the warranty and sent out a new unit right away. Highly recommend!

Pleasant surprise! I researched the stone bath mats and found Momo Lifestyle so be the most highly rated so I ordered it from Walmart. Unfortunately Walmart cancelled the order because they did not think it could be delivered by the established date. The mat was a present so I was disappointed. I found out later that the mat had been delivered a day earlier than expected. The mat has exceeded expectations. Definitely better than fabric mats. A great gift and a great company that honors its commitment to customers.

Request for Shipment Status I recently had to email your customer service department to ask them a question about my order that was being delivered to my location. Once I submitted my email to your customer service department, I received a response promptly by your employee, by the name of Rafael Santana. Rafael in his email response, assured me that there was no need for me to worry about my order and that the merchandise was on its way to my location. Rafael provided a link in the email where I could track the status of the shipment. Once I received my order, I sent Rafael a courtesy email to let him know that I received my merchandise. I also was impressed how well my merchandise was packaged and also was elated about the prompt delivery. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and thanks to Rafael and your packaging department for a job well done!

Momo lifestyle water dispenser We have the Momo lifestyle 4.5 gallon water dispenser. We love it! Fits perfect. Love the modern, minimal look. Works great with a strong flow of water. Love the customizable functions to set the perfect amount to fill our smaller glass water bottles. It recently stopped charging so i called customer service. They were very helpful and friendly and are sending us a replacement within our warranty. Very happy with this company and product!
