Exceptional I purchased: Luxury Pillowcases, Luxury Bed Sheets, Luxury Duvet Cover Set, Luxury Down Alternative Comforter, Luxury Pillow First the goods: The pillow is by far my favorite pillow ever, and I have bought plenty. The sheets are extremely soft and silky. The comforter and duvet cover are both beautiful and the perfect weight. Second the customer service: My emails have been answered immediately and have been beyond helpful and kind. I have never had such an amazing experience with any other company. I am so pleased with both the product and service that I’m writing my first ever review…of anything…ever. I am a Cozy House customer for life!

I love the silky soft feel of the 100%… I love the silky soft feel of the 100% Bamboo sheets. They are very comfortable. Its like sleeping on a cloud they are so soft and fit well with deep pockets for my King size bed. I just bought another set for my granddaughter's 2nd wedding anniversary present. I like all of the Cosy House sheet collection. I have at least 7 sets.

The bamboo sheets are very comfortable and cooling The bamboo sheets are very comfortable and have a cooling effect. They are extra long (King sized) but could use some width on the top sheet so that it will tuck in at the sides of the bed. The Pillows are comfortable, however even though both the pillows and pillow cases are from Cosy House I am unable to use the flap at the opening to secure the pillow for a neat tuck. Maybe it would fit better if foam were taken out of the pillow but I like them just as they came. The bottom fitted sheets stay on well even though some of the elastic straps came off.
