I purchased two pillows from Cosy house… I purchased two pillows from Cosy house collection one was ok the second one was flat and hardly had any stuffing in it ..I emailed Cosy House and they asked me to send a picture which I did but I explained that you could not tell from a picture the lack of stuffing and the weight of the pillow was different to the one that was ok after going backwards and forwards either emails and being asked to send pictures they still didn't understand that pictures did not show thr lack of stuffing..I just wanted them to replace it. I tried to call them but no reply even left a message but nobody called me back. I emailed and they just could not understand that all I wanted was a replacement. I am now returning the pillow under their 30 days guarantee.as I could not get the customer service dept after many emails to understand that the pillow was faulty .. I hope I get a refund .. if you need to return anything that's faulty dont bother to use this company as their customer service aftercare is useless .

Questions answered respectfully and professionally. I had questions about how to change my phone number. The representative was patient with me while explaining it. I appreciate this.

Exceptional I purchased: Luxury Pillowcases, Luxury Bed Sheets, Luxury Duvet Cover Set, Luxury Down Alternative Comforter, Luxury Pillow First the goods: The pillow is by far my favorite pillow ever, and I have bought plenty. The sheets are extremely soft and silky. The comforter and duvet cover are both beautiful and the perfect weight. Second the customer service: My emails have been answered immediately and have been beyond helpful and kind. I have never had such an amazing experience with any other company. I am so pleased with both the product and service that I’m writing my first ever review…of anything…ever. I am a Cozy House customer for life!

To be honest… To be honest, I haven’t washed or used the bamboo sheets that I purchased. I look forward to comparing them to another company that I’ve used. Your sheets are more affordable and it would be great to know if your sheets softness and durability stand up to the more expensive alternatives.
