Mailbox came as expected Mailbox came as expected with good packaging to prevent damage. Delivered a bit quicker than expected, which we appreciated, as the old mailbox needed quick replacement. Our order included creation of custom address plates for the side of the mailbox, and this was done correctly. All in all everything went very well. Would use them again.

I ordered a lift gate which the Fed Ex driver did NOT receive as we are a small retirement community without access to any type of equipment. We were able to use the manual one on the truck to delivery the 400lb shipment

Quality This mailbox is really good quality and made very solidly. It’s heavy and you can feel that it’ll hold up in the elements. Good choices of colors and ordering is a breeze.

The plaque with house number with… The plaque with house number with street address is simply exquisite. The solar lights (that lights up the plaque at nights) is exceptional. The products are second to none--so much so that the mailbox installer asked me to send him the link to where I made my purchases. I was happy to forward the Budget Mailbox link to him. All he does is mailbox installation and he says lots of his clients would like to buy the plaques and lights. It stands out and is very expensive looking despite the affordable prize. I'm more than pleased with my purchase.
