Missing hardware- beautiful mailbox Love the look and quality of this mailbox. The mounting hardware for the address plaques were not in a sealed bag and some of the hardware was loose in the shipping box and some was missing. Missing hardware made assembly difficult.

Fantastic experience Fantastic experience! From the information on the website to the customer service rep who was very friendly and answered all of my questions to the easy ordering process to delivery and easy install instructions (for those who have some level of handyman skills) - also a call prior to delivery to confirm details and a call after delivery to check on us - every step of the way I felt supported in being in charge of something new for our HOA. It is an experience rare from a large company today. I really appreciated it so much. Thanks to everyone at Budget Mailboxes!!

The plaque with house number with… The plaque with house number with street address is simply exquisite. The solar lights (that lights up the plaque at nights) is exceptional. The products are second to none--so much so that the mailbox installer asked me to send him the link to where I made my purchases. I was happy to forward the Budget Mailbox link to him. All he does is mailbox installation and he says lots of his clients would like to buy the plaques and lights. It stands out and is very expensive looking despite the affordable prize. I'm more than pleased with my purchase.

Customer Service was great I ordered the wrong color and the customer service representative was very responsive and kept in touch over the weekend to help me with returning and ordering the new one. Fast delivery and the mailbox is very nice quality.

I did not receive mountain hardware and… I did not receive mountain hardware and sent an email and left a voicemail over a week ago with no response. I originally left a one star review and was immediately called by the company. they actually had responded to my email and I just had not seen the response. They are helping me remedy the situation and I am changing this to a 5 star review.
