GBColor mismatch The service was quick and professional. I ordered satin brass closet rods with rod holders. The color of the rods was different than those of rod ends. The rod holders were the color that I actually wanted.

GBPrompt Service I went online to order a few extra rods for our custom closet, because the closet company we used quoted an exorbitant price for them. I was amazed that Hardware Decor cut the rods to our custom size free of charge. I only wish that Hardware Decor sold 3/4" Melamine shelving cut to size as well.
