Great Quality for a Great Price I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinet pulls I purchased, particularly since the price I paid was better than I was able to find on similar pulls anywhere else. The pulls were well-packaged (individually wrapped, well cushioned) and arrived promptly. I also was happy that I was able to find an uncommon size at Hardware Decor. I will buy from them again.

Prompt Service I went online to order a few extra rods for our custom closet, because the closet company we used quoted an exorbitant price for them. I was amazed that Hardware Decor cut the rods to our custom size free of charge. I only wish that Hardware Decor sold 3/4" Melamine shelving cut to size as well.

Fast delivery and now deley in… Fast delivery and now deley in shipping. The only negative I can say is the lengths were not correct on approximately 1/2 the order. I may have been mistaken but i do not think so. I believe the issue is I was told by the company to deduct 1/8 inch from the actual measurement. The reality is I think as much as 3/8” can be safely deducted.

Color mismatch The service was quick and professional. I ordered satin brass closet rods with rod holders. The color of the rods was different than those of rod ends. The rod holders were the color that I actually wanted.
