I needed fixtures by a certain date so… I needed fixtures by a certain date so I called and left a message for customer service to ensure the items were in stock and would be received by a certain date. Iris called by right away went above and beyond to ensure I received my brass pulls on time. Iris was very professional and courteous and my brass Demi Lunes are high quality & beautifully crafted. I received my cabinet pulls within 3… I received my cabinet pulls within 3 days of ordering them. They were just as beautiful as I had imagined them! Exquisite quality! Worth every penny! Actually the price was a steal compared to the quality and aesthetics.

Bad communication & Item Bad communication. Didn’t receive an order confirmation and didn’t receive shipping confirmation. And when I did receive the product, there was a mistake. Had to send back the incorrect item and Inspire Hardware would not send me the correct item until they got the wrong item back. This was their fault and they held up the product for another 2 weeks.
