I needed fixtures by a certain date so… I needed fixtures by a certain date so I called and left a message for customer service to ensure the items were in stock and would be received by a certain date. Iris called by right away went above and beyond to ensure I received my brass pulls on time. Iris was very professional and courteous and my brass Demi Lunes are high quality & beautifully crafted. Highly recommend this company!

Hardware was beautiful, packaging makes no sense Hardware was beautiful, I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. Why would you individually wrap each knob in a fabric sac? Maybe some people like this fancy packaging, but for me all I see is it ending up in a landfill. I'd love to be charged 50 cents less per item and have it come in something simple and recyclable.

Bad communication & Item Bad communication. Didn’t receive an order confirmation and didn’t receive shipping confirmation. And when I did receive the product, there was a mistake. Had to send back the incorrect item and Inspire Hardware would not send me the correct item until they got the wrong item back. This was their fault and they held up the product for another 2 weeks.

Beautifully made! The handle I ordered was great, unfortunately, my chandelier that I was trying to match was champagne gold and didn’t match the handles. So sad to return such a lovely handle!

Exceptional quality and communication Exceptional quality and communication. The pieces we wanted were on back order, but they helped us put together an order via email, and it shipped as soon as it was in stock. We haven't installed them yet, but they are stunning.
