It works great on black spot It works great on black spot. Some areas needed a second application but ended up ordering double the quantity recommended as ran out half way through. So have spent over £250 cleaning my patio. Would a generic chemical from other well known sites have done the same job for approx a tenth of the price ? Probably, but who’s to know.

Ditch the power washer The Black Spot Remover product is amazing, I wouldn't have believed it was possible to salvage our 10 year old natural sandstone patio back to "just laid" condition with such minimal effort. Adjacent plants and even our water feature (the latter is cautioned by the supplier) were unaffected by the application. Don't normally recommend products but this is very good. Supplied promptly without any hassle.

Its a magic Its a magic. I have been using black spot remover since last 5 yrs. I treat the patio beginning of Spring to get rid of the stubborn mouldy green stains and the black spots formed during the winter months. No need for jet cleaning, just spray on the patio tiles, leaving it for 15 minutes and then rinse with the garden hose. Patio titles are back to their original colour. They look brand new.

Transformational A very impressive product which has transformed our Indian Sandstone terracing which is about 20 years old and was heavily marked with lichen. Deep rooted marks needed 3-4 further spot sprays particularly along the edges of stone.
