My black patio is now restored to the original stone My patio was very black and I don’t have a jet washer. I saw your product advertised in the RHS magazine and thought I would give it a try. I bought the small size to try it out as it is expensive. The result was fantastic within 15 minutes the black was disappearing. Having used that up I was off to the garden centre for more and although I am 84 years old I cleaned the whole patio in the afternoon. Spraying and then just washing off with the garden hose. Amazing product, very effective and easy to use if expensive but cheaper than employing someone to jet wash it.

It has made a stunning difference It has made a stunning difference. I had jet washed wthout using anything and although cleaner it was still stone and grey - now its transformed - but it took alot more than i had anticipated and i still really need to spot other areas - but its a very good product- stone been down about 12 years - its brought colours back id forgotten were there- would recommend but it has not 100% eliminated the black spot ...just need to find some spare cash to get another 4 litres !!

Its a magic Its a magic. I have been using black spot remover since last 5 yrs. I treat the patio beginning of Spring to get rid of the stubborn mouldy green stains and the black spots formed during the winter months. No need for jet cleaning, just spray on the patio tiles, leaving it for 15 minutes and then rinse with the garden hose. Patio titles are back to their original colour. They look brand new.

Does what it says This is a great product and does what it says. However, it's very expensive and I will need quite a few containers to clear a relatively small patio.
