I had jet washed wthout using anything and although cleaner it was still stone and grey - now its transformed - but it took alot more than i had anticipated and i still really need to spot other areas - but its a very good product- stone been down about 12 years - its brought colours back id forgotten were there- would recommend but it has not 100% eliminated the black spot ...just need to find some spare cash to get another 4 litres !!

Does what it says This is a great product and does what it says. However, it's very expensive and I will need quite a few containers to clear a relatively small patio.

Does what is says on the tin!!!!!! Usually when someone says "it's too good to be true" you hesitate BUT this product actually DOES what is says on the tin!!! So far, I've only done one patch but the results are amazing!!!!!! It has restored the Onyx chipping to its original soft colour, can't wait for weather to improve so I can finish the whole garden!!! Then I'll use the Patio Black Spot Preventer. I have some lovely before and after photos!¡!

It works! Excellent- read about PBSR on RHS and thought I can’t go through another year spending three days cleaning my natural stone pavings which was back breaking. Done in 6 hours. Worth the money or counter balanced water and electricity over three days v 6 hours.

Fairly expensive......BUT it was… Fairly expensive......BUT it was supplied on time and the product did exactly what was expected. Patio slabs came up like new!
