Not happy with the purchase my mailbox… Not happy with the purchase my mailbox after a long wait to receive it arrived damaged. I contacted Customer Service and I was informed that someone will contact me by the end of the day that was Thursday May 25th 2023 and I still waiting for the call till today May 29, 2023. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am very disappointed.

Very high quality, handsome mailbox. The mail box I ordered from MailboxWorks is of high quality, is very good looking and I like it very much. I would have liked more communication about the estimated delivery date but I have no real complaints.

It is like a 1970's black and white version of some catalog. Second, once the wrong part arrives, I got to pay shipping to return it, and as an added bonus you only get like 70% of your money back!
