Way too long to do custom order I have purchased one game from them so far, I like the customer service but the service is way too slow than it was mentioned on their website. They claim its a process of 3-4 weeks but its been almost 6 months and its ridiculously getting delayed even more. I have paid more than $1k already for a copy game format and still have way more edits to do. I was going to buy couple of more games but seems like I wont now considering I wasn't even reimbursed for the wait this long when asked. Would definitely change the rating if some actions are taken. Otherwise I suggest to get in touch with them and get a guarantee of assurance timely delivery.

They do not refund transactions - scam?! They do not refund transactions. Recently bought source Casual Games Mega Bundle, but they refuse refund money, excuses and excuses, the codes do not works as is stated on the seller page. I do not recommended. This is clear scam!
