I finalized my first transaction in less than 10 minutes and they helped me all along the way by assisting me on Skype. I have never seen such speed in response and care to the work they do. Way too long to do custom order I have purchased one game from them so far, I like the customer service but the service is way too slow than it was mentioned on their website. They claim its a process of 3-4 weeks but its been almost 6 months and its ridiculously getting delayed even more. I have paid more than $1k already for a copy game format and still have way more edits to do. I was going to buy couple of more games but seems like I wont now considering I wasn't even reimbursed for the wait this long when asked. Would definitely change the rating if some actions are taken. Otherwise I suggest to get in touch with them and get a guarantee of assurance timely delivery.

It's a scam I made a purchase so I was expecting to get the source code, instead, they sent me an email asking for my ID card...I gave it to them even tho I found that to be weird and kinda scammy (especially since they don't tell you you'll need to give us your ID, before you buy)...then 3 hours later I got an email saying that I got rejected lol... Now they have my ID card, and my debit card saved on their website (and there is no option to remove it)
