GBCommunication could be better. Remote not working. Communication could be better. Lighting remote doesn't work. When plugged in the beam is super bright it could do with a little dimmer - perhaps if the remote worked it might do the job. Before purchase there was more communication of course but afterwards when trying to fix the remote problem not so much. Waiting for the issue to be resolved. Other than that, it's a lovely design. Not sure if it's worth the money as it stands.

GBThe supplemental tech and install… The supplemental tech and install support after the receipt of the sign. The quality of the actual sign is 5 star and leaves the desired impact of that Neon look in an LED application.
