Natural Cheetah runner … I received my natural Cheetah runner today Service and delivery is excellent my only complaint is that rug is lighter than I expected and husband thinks the pattern is too big , he’s soooo fussy!! so I am 8 out of 10 happy and now looking at your photos the colour does appear to be correct but I would love it more if it was a bit darker as I originally thought. This is my second ruggable also have a plain green runner downstairs which we are very happy with

DO NOT PURCHASE from Ruggable DO NOT PURCHASE from Ruggable! We have been emailing and emailing daily for a return parcel pickup point so that we could return the rug with in the 30 days time frame, however they DO NOT reply… EVER! Total DISGUSTING behavior from a business, do your self a favor and DONT purchase a a ruggable rug! Next stop for us is to take this to the fair trading so that more people can know the terrible company ruggable is!

Pretty good. We are pretty happy with our rug. Design is as pictured on the site. We do have to adjust it from time to time as it starts bunching up/ separating from the mat. We haven’t yet washed it and I’m a bit worried about how this will go as I’ve read other reviews where it starts to curl on the edges. I wish we had got the thicker base mat as the thin one (which I chose because it’s an area we walk over a bit) means it just feels like you’re sitting on the hard tiles with no cushioning at all. So if you’re looking for a rug to be able to sit on, go thicker.

In love with my Ruggable Runner & so are my Cavoodles! I brought a runner for the laundry area, as my two Cavoodles tramps in their muddy paws over winter - it's a 100% winner! Solved the issue and looks great too. Arrived in good time & well packaged.

Gorgeous rug Easy to order, arrived within 10 days, communication was great, customer service really helpful and responsive, the rug is gorgeous (so good a got a second one). What's not to love!
