Pretty good. We are pretty happy with our rug. Design is as pictured on the site. We do have to adjust it from time to time as it starts bunching up/ separating from the mat. We haven’t yet washed it and I’m a bit worried about how this will go as I’ve read other reviews where it starts to curl on the edges. I wish we had got the thicker base mat as the thin one (which I chose because it’s an area we walk over a bit) means it just feels like you’re sitting on the hard tiles with no cushioning at all. So if you’re looking for a rug to be able to sit on, go thicker.

Amazing service Amazing service! I had heard of Ruggable in the us however I don’t know that they shipped to Aus. Ordered my rug, said it would take 4 weeks it arrived in 2 and a half. Very fast! Prices were very reasonable and the quality of the rug was great. Would definitely buy from them again.

Very convenient but don't love the look I love that it is washable, especially with pets. I have found it hard to get it to lie flat however, it has wrinkles no matter how I roll it out. I also wish I'd chosen a more patterned option as it shows up every little stain. I will probably order another top to try in a different colour.
