USMy only complaint is there was no… My only complaint is there was no communication about shipping or estimated time of shipping. It came quickly but had know idea. Other than that everything was great .

USHAPPY camper now!! I was missing one of my lights and Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at your place but later on I got a text and y’all helped me figure out what to do. Actually the mussing light came in another box the Next day and I texted y’all to let you know I got it and that I was going keep it and return the wrong ones I ordered. I am a very happy camper now!!

USYou made it very painful to do business… You made it very painful to do business with you! Please walk the talk in customer service. I bought two wall bedroom lights that you claimed came you did not sell separate, well, I received one only. You wrote that it was not possible that I only received one, then you blamed the carrier, an internal mistake in your warehouse, told me you shipped the package of two over the 4th July weekend, not true, and in the end I received just one on July 6. Sorry, won't do business with you again.

USPackage arrived on time and item was… Package arrived on time and item was very well packaged. Np breakage. It hasn't been installed as of yet. It is as beautiful as the pictures represented. Looking forward to getting it installed. The price was also good. Looks of good quality. Will know more after installation.

USExcellent Customer Service and Products We had a glass shade of our brand new pendent lamp broken by contractors during a renovation. We didn’t want to buy the entire lamp so contacted Claxy directly. We sent our Amazon order number and the found us the replacement shade. Their response was within 24 hours and it was a great relief to my wife and I to solve the problem in our rental unit before the main summer season begins. We love their pendent lamps.
