GBYou made it very painful to do business… You made it very painful to do business with you! Please walk the talk in customer service. I bought two wall bedroom lights that you claimed came you did not sell separate, well, I received one only. You wrote that it was not possible that I only received one, then you blamed the carrier, an internal mistake in your warehouse, told me you shipped the package of two over the 4th July weekend, not true, and in the end I received just one on July 6. Sorry, won't do business with you again.

GBNice pendants and good customer service! We ordered 4 pendant lights in antique silver. They seem very nice and good quality. 2 were incorrectly shipped in bronze but understandable bc the box actually said antique silver. CLAXY called me back about it on a Sunday night and promptly remedied the situation and sent out the corrected lights quickly. We will order from them again.

GBPackage arrived on time and item was… Package arrived on time and item was very well packaged. Np breakage. It hasn't been installed as of yet. It is as beautiful as the pictures represented. Looking forward to getting it installed. The price was also good. Looks of good quality. Will know more after installation.

GBEasy to navigate and quick delivery The website was easy to navigate. The product I ordered was as pictured and delivered on time. There was a question about the color of the item. It appears to be bronze but is listed as black in the description. I submitted a question but never received a response. I was hoping for the black one but got the bronze. I will keep it anyway but that should be clarified on the website or at least answered.
