I purchased from Claxy for the very…first time!! I purchased from Claxy for the very first time this month and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with them. My pendant light fixture is of high quality and looks fabulous over my dining table. It's very chic and stylish and their prices are very reasonable. But more importantly, their customer support goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy! Way to go folks at Claxy. Mark me down as a very happy customer!!

See above Hard to place an order on website, no response to emails, difficulty in making a return, long processing time for a return. Other than all that bad news the 2 fixtures I ordered were packaged well and nice quality for the price

Bit of a shipping nuisance, but corrected Only received 1 of the 2 lights I ordered and got an “order complete” email. Second light came separately two days later. Rather confusing. Products are fine. Just a recommendation to look into you automated emailing system for “completed” when it’s not.

Highly recommend this company The fixtures are exactly as described on the site and they will look great in our basement. Product quality is very good, excellent and quick service, and really appreciated email updates re: the order. All-around an outstanding experience!

Nice pendants and good customer service! We ordered 4 pendant lights in antique silver. They seem very nice and good quality. 2 were incorrectly shipped in bronze but understandable bc the box actually said antique silver. CLAXY called me back about it on a Sunday night and promptly remedied the situation and sent out the corrected lights quickly. We will order from them again.
