Very detailed work I hired different companies and PHENIX provides written report which I really like. Also , i like they have few phone calls throughout the process to update me with the progress and encourage me to provide any supporting information so that they can look into it more. The information they found has helped me greatly.

I felt the investigation was thorough I felt the investigation was thorough, but I felt I have a complicated case, they may require more investigation. The investigators did a great job of looking at the big picture of the scam. I was conned out of money by an experienced con artist. Phenix did look into financial records of the con artist and had pictures of her residence, and tracked her activities. I would recommend this company. I thought the prices were fair. Obviously. nobody wants to have to use an investigation service. but if you do, I would trust this company for your service.

Horrible service & bad results You’d be better of doing Google searches yourself. They provided me a financial back ground check for $3000 on an individual and literally none of the accounts they identified existed. In addition, the banking accounts that I know existed for this individual did NOT show up in their analysis. Last, they never provided any back up details on the accounts they claim to have identified, nor did They follow up on my questions or complaints. Don’t waste your time.
