He has to have inherited a large sum and/or is the recipient of trust funds on some source of income. I agreed to pay the $2895.00 quoted fee as Phenix touted its asset search skills. For the fee, I got nothing more than I already had for a $110.00, online asset search...nothing regarding the subjects sources of funds.
