Dissatisfied My review is not satisfactory. I asked to reach Therisa Breslin. I got names of relatives that I could not reach. I did not get the name of the facility where she is living, the address or phone #. Her phone number may be blocked and I got no help from your agent. The goal of this investigation was to get me in verbal contact with Therisa Breslin and it was not met,,!!!! I am totally dissatisfied with your services

I have used Phenix for several years… I have used Phenix for several years and they have always been great. I am a firm believer that everyone makes mistakes, but what really counts is how you deal with them. Phenix did not make a mistake but there was a miscommunication. And Joel stepped up and provided stellar service. I am beyond happy with every interaction I have had with Phenix. Use them, you won't be sorry.

I was able to have discussions with Katie and figure out different angles as to how to handle the information. Very impressive. Katie’s background and viewpoints was invaluable.

Not worth the expense I found out for $29 on intellisearch as I spent $1500 to find out from Phoenix investigation. When I looked at the samples of reports it showed that they found out what bank accounts they had, the account numbers and what was in them. My actual report said I had to get subpoenas to get that information. It was extremely disappointing. He retired from his previous job so you’d think that info would be in there somewhere but it wasn’t. Basically nothing was found.
