Unlicensed in Florida with fines They advertise in Florida but have no License in FLorida! They are not collecting or paying Florida sales tax which is against the law. Beware! In Florida you must have your Florida Agency number on any advertising. This is state law. And all Investigations require a license! Business is misleading the public! Just fined $1500 from Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services on August 9, 2023 for advertising without a State Agency License, No "C" investigator license and no physical location in Florida.

The investigators did a great job of looking at the big picture of the scam. I was conned out of money by an experienced con artist. Phenix did look into financial records of the con artist and had pictures of her residence, and tracked her activities. I would recommend this company. I thought the prices were fair. Obviously. nobody wants to have to use an investigation service. but if you do, I would trust this company for your service.
