I did not get the name of the facility where she is living, the address or phone #. Her phone number may be blocked and I got no help from your agent. The goal of this investigation was to get me in verbal contact with Therisa Breslin and it was not met,,!!!! I am totally dissatisfied with your services

Unlicensed in Florida with fines They advertise in Florida but have no License in FLorida! They are not collecting or paying Florida sales tax which is against the law. Beware! In Florida you must have your Florida Agency number on any advertising. This is state law. And all Investigations require a license! Business is misleading the public! Just fined $1500 from Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services on August 9, 2023 for advertising without a State Agency License, No "C" investigator license and no physical location in Florida.

Very detailed work I hired different companies and PHENIX provides written report which I really like. Also , i like they have few phone calls throughout the process to update me with the progress and encourage me to provide any supporting information so that they can look into it more.
