GBFRIST AND LAST TIME BIDDING WITH CHARITYBUZZ, BIDDERS BEWARE, I buy many things from auction companies in new york and california, but a horrible experience with charitybuzz, I went to register everything seemed cool, I got an email from Charitybuzz that i'm registered I gave them all my information my credit card, I then contact my credit card company and make sure that they did a acquiry Charitybuzz did, As far as I know I was registered and good to go, I have a few friends that are musicians And they donate a few items to many charities of their choice, To make a long story short, I go to bid on this wonderful guitar great brand the artist extremely talented guitarist,The charity is going to a well known comedian his foundation, So i'm like i'm in even though i've heard a few things to my friends that won It had problems with charitybuzz, I like the guitar and artist I said go forward, I checked out the lot. It was strange the bid was way too low for that artist signed and donated the guitar! It's at $850 Less than a few hours to go,So I bid $950 It registers my bid It didn't show me the other bitter. It just said next bid strange so I bumped it up to $1100, As far as I know I should have won I was the highest bidder!!! I don't hear anything from them That was strange usually from other auction companies. It tells me I won and Then they contact Me with an email, So I decided to email them, I get an email back from scott From charitybuzz in new york hes said they never heard of my registration. And they gave the item to the other bidder, But yet I was bidding on the item As the beds increased, Charitybuzz scott They're sorry that this happened but it's strange, Everything was in the clear But yet it went to a bidder who did a lower bid than mine! A few of my friends have Have won a few lots from charitybuzz, They said they've had problems be careful, But I didn't listen I thought that I was doing a good thing for a great charity but you have to be careful, That they are doing business this way They have extremely high hidden fees for a charity organization, Basically you need a microscope. You need to read the fine small print that you really can't see, BIDDERS PLEASE BEWARE OF CHARITYBUZZ................

GBDisappointed but determined! Won a trip through Charitybuzz with 2 round trip JetBlue travel certificates to Aruba! Only problem is there are not a lot of seats set aside for travel certificates! So you may find a flight out but no flight coming back on none at all for the dates you want to travel. I finally found a flight going to and coming back and requested to change my dates a week before only to be told the new dates were not available! Thank God I did not book my flights wiht the certificate or I would have lost out!!! Now I have to purchase my flights and I have until November to find somewhere to go so I can use my certificates that I wanted to use with THIS TRIP! UGH!!! Total inconvenience!!!! I just hope to have a beautiful time on my trip so I can leave a review of the hotel and my stay!!!! This may possibly be my first and last auction!!! Glad it went to a good cause though!

GBGreat customer service and fast responses! I bid on and won an experience at Charitybuzz. Within an hour of winning, they had put me in touch with, and I had made arrangements with, the winner. This was by far the easiest charity auction I’ve won!

GBI’ve gladly supported the charity… I’ve gladly supported the charity function here but tbh I don’t plan on bidding for anything going forward. Not that I don’t support the charity but the Charitybuzz has poor customer service and tbh somewhat disingenuous business practices. Sad but true

GBAppreciative Georgian I am a frequent user of Charitybuzz. I figure that Uncle Sam is going to take my money, so it is best to get to do unique things or to get unusual items, especially if it benefits charity; therefore, it becomes a win-win situation. I have found the Charitybuzz staff to be most helpful, especially if donors seem to be dragging their heels on redemptions. Keep up the great work!
