GBIt was an interesting process It was an interesting process. When you bid it adds 10 min to the end date. Also I must not have read about the processing fee but all good

GBThere were two separate issues There were two separate issues. One lot I won had a signed guitar, signed sheet music and signed book. The sheet music came crumpled and the book never came despite multiple emails. The second was a VIP experience. It took multiple attempts to reach the person who’s name I was given before it was realized she didn’t work for the charity anymore. Still haven’t been able to book the experience

GBJust lunch, but a great experience we'll never forget I was the lucky winner of an auction for lunch in Los Angeles with an actor that included a cast member jacket from his show. Winning bid was in 2019 or beginning of 2020, so just before Covid hit. Not only did Charitybuzz stay in contact the entire time, they facilitated everything perfectly. The actor was beyond gracious and fulfilled the lunch despite the offer being 2 to 3 years earlier. My wife and I enjoyed the afternoon with 2 hours for lunch and chatting with him. It was absolutely awesome, and actually well exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great time and one that benefitted IAMA Theater in Los Angeles!

GBI’ve gladly supported the charity… I’ve gladly supported the charity function here but tbh I don’t plan on bidding for anything going forward. Not that I don’t support the charity but the Charitybuzz has poor customer service and tbh somewhat disingenuous business practices. Sad but true

GBGreat customer service and fast responses! I bid on and won an experience at Charitybuzz. Within an hour of winning, they had put me in touch with, and I had made arrangements with, the winner. This was by far the easiest charity auction I’ve won!
