Great customer service and fast responses! I bid on and won an experience at Charitybuzz. Within an hour of winning, they had put me in touch with, and I had made arrangements with, the winner. This was by far the easiest charity auction I’ve won!

A Stellar Cause: William Shatner auction The chance to get William Shatner to follow me on Instagram caught my eye! I put an initial bid in and CharityBuzz reminded me of when the auction was to close. I won and helped the Robert Kennedy Human Rights Foundation. Win-win. The follow up was immediate - assisted by lovely people from CharityBuzz and RFK. Mr. Shatner follows 40 people… including me!

There were two separate issues There were two separate issues. One lot I won had a signed guitar, signed sheet music and signed book. The sheet music came crumpled and the book never came despite multiple emails. The second was a VIP experience. It took multiple attempts to reach the person who’s name I was given before it was realized she didn’t work for the charity anymore. Still haven’t been able to book the experience

The piece that was signed, was crooked and not glued very well and coming off when I receive the package I have many signed guitars from the Eagles and Don Henley and this is the only one that does not look professional at all. Appreciative Georgian I am a frequent user of Charitybuzz. I figure that Uncle Sam is going to take my money, so it is best to get to do unique things or to get unusual items, especially if it benefits charity; therefore, it becomes a win-win situation. I have found the Charitybuzz staff to be most helpful, especially if donors seem to be dragging their heels on redemptions. Keep up the great work!
