GBCharity Buzz Reps EXCELLENT Greetings Charity Buzz Reps; I would have rated FIVE Stars except for the 'hidden' buyers premium add on. That was explained by JoJo (excellent customer service rep) and was adjusted on my first time bid. I have looked at other items and expect to follow more. (Missed a few that closed.) GBThere were two separate issues There were two separate issues. One lot I won had a signed guitar, signed sheet music and signed book. The sheet music came crumpled and the book never came despite multiple emails. The second was a VIP experience. It took multiple attempts to reach the person who’s name I was given before it was realized she didn’t work for the charity anymore. Still haven’t been able to book the experience

GBGreat customer service and fast responses! I bid on and won an experience at Charitybuzz. Within an hour of winning, they had put me in touch with, and I had made arrangements with, the winner. This was by far the easiest charity auction I’ve won!

GBA Stellar Cause: William Shatner auction The chance to get William Shatner to follow me on Instagram caught my eye! I put an initial bid in and CharityBuzz reminded me of when the auction was to close. I won and helped the Robert Kennedy Human Rights Foundation. Win-win. The follow up was immediate - assisted by lovely people from CharityBuzz and RFK. Mr. Shatner follows 40 people… including me!

GBIt was an interesting process It was an interesting process. When you bid it adds 10 min to the end date. Also I must not have read about the processing fee but all good
