Besides being able to donate to a very charitable cause (the leukemia foundation), I was able to meet two of the most beautiful people in Hollywood (Courtney Vance & Angela Bassett) . We sat, talked(barely ate because we talked so much) and enjoyed each other’s company. This is the stuff that dreams are made of! Thank you!

GBThe road to joy begins by helping others I enjoy Peter Gabriel’s songs and wanted to donate to a worthy cause( Adaptive Sports Foundation)- this auction allowed me to receive a program for a concert I was unable to attend and help those who want to participate in sports. GBI’ve gladly supported the charity… I’ve gladly supported the charity function here but tbh I don’t plan on bidding for anything going forward. Not that I don’t support the charity but the Charitybuzz has poor customer service and tbh somewhat disingenuous business practices. Sad but true

GBA Stellar Cause: William Shatner auction The chance to get William Shatner to follow me on Instagram caught my eye! I put an initial bid in and CharityBuzz reminded me of when the auction was to close. I won and helped the Robert Kennedy Human Rights Foundation. Win-win. The follow up was immediate - assisted by lovely people from CharityBuzz and RFK. Mr. Shatner follows 40 people… including me!
