That was explained by JoJo (excellent customer service rep) and was adjusted on my first time bid. I have looked at other items and expect to follow more. (Missed a few that closed.) GBThere were two separate issues There were two separate issues. One lot I won had a signed guitar, signed sheet music and signed book. The sheet music came crumpled and the book never came despite multiple emails. The second was a VIP experience. It took multiple attempts to reach the person who’s name I was given before it was realized she didn’t work for the charity anymore. Still haven’t been able to book the experience

GBI’ve gladly supported the charity… I’ve gladly supported the charity function here but tbh I don’t plan on bidding for anything going forward. Not that I don’t support the charity but the Charitybuzz has poor customer service and tbh somewhat disingenuous business practices. Sad but true

GBGreat fun but read all the guidelines and rules I would tell people to make sure and read the conditions of sale before bidding. There is nothing unusual, but for a first-time buyer, I didn't know about the buyer's premium which could put your budget out of range. Overall Charitybuzz does a great job with keeping you informed of your bid and that monies do go to a good cause.
