This business is truth This business is truth, I’ve been a customer before the candles. I’ve purchased multiple candles and have seen results! However the shipping of products is horrible the pandemic is over. Maybe hire some help that’s the only thing. I’m waiting for my candle 3 weeks now

The candles are really nice on material… The candles are really nice on material and presentation not doubt about it. But the service take so long. I have to send a message to find out about my Oder. I already have it. Also I request the book for instructions. But it’s not on the box of the candles. So I have to read it on the computer. Is no very convenient but I have no choice. That’s the reason I give a 3 stars rate.

You got to do better with packaging… You got to do better with packaging your products. I received the oils and they literally spilt all over the inside of the box and the box was leaking when I received it. Also I have bought the soufflés in the past and they melted down in because of the heat (ordered during summer months) and made them smell funny. Please start packaging our orders with better quality and consideration to outside temperatures. The oils need to be sealed better, the small black shipping bag didn't keep the product from seeping out.

Ordered August 20th Ordered August 20th. It is now October. Haven’t received my package and was told no refunds. This is really frustrating.

This company is really top-tier This company is really top-tier. I've purchased so many products. The quality of the candles and the education and passion behind them is amazing. I'm a loyal customer! The customer service is great and the wix community support for the conjure is amazing. I recently got at least 6 candles of my beautiful candles stolen from me and I spent my last while I was facing homelessness and the support in the community came through!! We appreciate the conjure and the community you make way for, La La. I can't wait to get my candles back. I'll be looking out for the amazing sales! Give thanks!!!
