GBNo White light?! When I read the description, I dont remember seeing anythi g about "mood lighting", which may have been my mistake. The lamp arrived in good condition, despite the worrisome damage to packaging. It was very easy to assemble. But I expected there to be a white light option, but I cant seem to get white light using the remote. If anyone reading this has a solution, please let me know.

GBGreat customer service! I had a very good experience with customer service. They got right back to me when I voiced a concern about not receiving two of the items I had ordered. I found out the items were sent to the wrong address, but they made right by sending them out to the correct address and letting me know the tracking numbers for the two items. I did get everything that I ordered, and the items they carry are very unusual and unique, very interesting. The prices are good as well. I will look to purchase from them again in the future, there things are very unique.

GBItem not received. Horrible customer service Bought a firepit and it was sent to the wrong address, delivered in new York instead of Alabama. I sent an email trying to see what was going on and they asked me to verify my address and I haven't heard anything else from them

GBFraudlent Website Fraud - took money for product, 7 days later and still never provided tracking information or shipped. Won't respond to numerous e-mails requesting tracking/shipping information, phone calls go unanswered. Website says free shipping within U.S. - yet they charged me. Says 100% money back guarantee....then refund my money for something I NEVER received!
