No White light?! When I read the description, I dont remember seeing anythi g about "mood lighting", which may have been my mistake. The lamp arrived in good condition, despite the worrisome damage to packaging. It was very easy to assemble. But I expected there to be a white light option, but I cant seem to get white light using the remote. If anyone reading this has a solution, please let me know.

Lightweight neck fan Received the product. Good customer service. Thanks for sending the alternate color as mentioned. Ordered white, got blue. Don’t mind this color at all. It has 3 settings to adjust the speed. Comfortable to wear this fan. Rechargeable.

Great customer service! I had a very good experience with customer service. They got right back to me when I voiced a concern about not receiving two of the items I had ordered. I found out the items were sent to the wrong address, but they made right by sending them out to the correct address and letting me know the tracking numbers for the two items. I did get everything that I ordered, and the items they carry are very unusual and unique, very interesting. The prices are good as well. I will look to purchase from them again in the future, there things are very unique.

It's really cool It's really cool. I bought the Mars version with the different color levels and if the lamp distracts from your sleep, you can always turn off the light while the globe levitates in darkness. It seemed somewhat cranky to set up as the balance point isn't obvious. Also the instructions didn't help much as the diagrams were printed upside down. Other than those easily remedied problems, I highly recommend the product.
