Item not received. Horrible customer service Bought a firepit and it was sent to the wrong address, delivered in new York instead of Alabama. I sent an email trying to see what was going on and they asked me to verify my address and I haven't heard anything else from them

This company sent me the wrong item This company sent me the wrong item. I paid in full for an infinity mirror 27+ inches and received one less than 12 inches. Not pleased with this as it was for a demonstration for the youth. I would like this company to send the item I paid for with some type of compensation. A refund of a decent fee for the them sending the wrong item. I do not want a store credit or another item in its place, especially since I will no longer do business with them.

Lightweight neck fan Received the product. Good customer service. Thanks for sending the alternate color as mentioned. Ordered white, got blue. Don’t mind this color at all. It has 3 settings to adjust the speed. Comfortable to wear this fan. Rechargeable.
